ETHEKWINI HY****ICS MAKE NUMBER PLATES BUT BEWARE IF YOU OWN A JEEP DONT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO COME OUT TO YOUR CAR AND CHECK THE SIZES BEFORE MANUFACTURING, THEY *****ED UP MAKING MY REAR NUMBER PLATE THE WRONG SIZE AND WONT ACCEPT THEIR ERROR AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLLACES PRODUCING NUMBER PLATES SO AVOID. MIDAS IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT TO MEASURE BEFOFRE MANUFACTURING.
I am in the USA at the moment and before leaving South Africa I dialed *35# and set my phone up for SMS roaming which would not allow me to make or receive calls or data due to the exorbitant costs and was supposed to still allow me to receive SMS's and OTP's but I have been here now for 16 days and I am still not receiving SMS's and OTP's even after rebooting my Samsung android phone over and over. I have been in contact with their BUSINESS CUSTOMER CARE several times and all I get back is a new person and another apology which does not help, because i cannot transact, I can't do my banking. There are 4 Mobile network operators here and I cannot connect to any of them even if I select automatically or try individually.
I Bought a Fellowes P-255 paper shredder from Makro and it worked fine for the first 100 pages or so then started to jam continuously. I bought the oil as well and that did not help, it is an absolute ******* machine don't go there.
I spend over R100, 000.00 on two business class flights to America and on my return journey from Miami we arrived back at 03h30 am at Oliver Tambo International and when collecting our luggage off, of the conveyor belt I discovered that the one wheel on my Samsonite suitcase was missing. I went over to the Qatar baggage claim desk and spoke to a Qatar employee Precious Khoza to report the damage and she said I need to claim on the Qatar App, which I did, and submitted all the required documents photos etc. only to receive a response from a Mr. Reinhard van Niekerk their airport Services Duty officer in Johannesburg saying that they wont accept responsibility because I did not report this at the time of arrival and referred me to COC article 9/16 which sounds like an escape clause. Clearly their staff were not adequately trained to deal with damaged baggage. I am, dumbfounded, that he should even questioning this. Is this the type of decision their directors would make at board level, this repair will cost R500.00, is this all their reputation is worth after all the effort Qatar go to, to sell their product.
IT IS A PITY THAT SUCH A LARGE BRAND OF AIRCONDITIONERS HAS TO RELY ON LIVANCE PTY LTD FOR THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE REGARDING PARTS BACK UP. THEY ARE ABSALUTELY USELESS. I WOULD AVOID PURCHASING LG OR MIDEA AS IT TAKES A WEEK IF YOU LUCKY TO GET PARTS FROM JOHANNESBURG IF YOU ARE IN DURBAN OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY FOR THAT MATTER. THE STAFF ARE TOTALLY UNHELPFULL, BY THE SOUND OF IT THEY WAIT FOR THE COURIER TO FILL A TRUCK BEFORE THEY CAN DESPATCH YOUR PARTS THEN THEY DELIVER THE WRONG PARTS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR THE NEXT DELIVERY. THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND CANT TRANSFER YOU TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT IT IS AN IMPOSSIBLE CONUNDRUM. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN.
Edgards did not have the decency to reply to my last complaint about them not closing my wife's account after numerous requests to their customer care Edgars edgarscustomercare(at)ignitiongroup.co.za and also To: edgarsclosure(at)rscgroup.co.za they still continue to send SMS's saying the account is in arear because they keep adding on fees and interest. I will now report this to the CPA and hopefully will get them to comply with my request.
My wife has been trying to close her Edgars account for months now and they wont do this instore you have to write an email to:"edgarscustomercare@ignitiongroup.co.za" but it does not help they continue to send sms messages about what is owed and what credit she still has. she has paid up the account but it keeps going back into debit from fees that they charge. EVERYONE PLEASE BE WARNED NEVER OOPEN AN EDGARS ACCOUNT COLLECTIONS LETTER FEE R23.00 09/10/2020 COLLECTIONS SMS FEE R3.22 03/11/2020 EDGARS CLUB VIP FEE R78.00 so even though this account has been paid up they continue charging these fees so that you back in default and they take no heed of the emails to cancel the account.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone which is approximately two years old and my clear view cover is falling apart and so embarrassing but no one has any new covers including the Samsung agents. I called them and they were so unhelpful, even they do not have stock. It is unacceptable that a two year old phone that costs probably R15000+ is not supported by the manufacturers. Are they expecting us to buy a new one even if this phone is still working Ok, how crazy is this. I would seriously avoid buying a Samsung phone again if this is their marketing policy. The other negative is that the battery doesn't last more than 10 hours and needs replacing but cost a fortune because you have to take it to a specialist to use a heat gun to get into the phone to replace a battery, this is also unacceptable. In the past we could just open up the battery compartment and replace it which wasn't an expensive exercise. Instead of inventing a phone that folds in half, which no doubt will snap at some stage, make a non destructible screen, a completely waterproof phone, an accessible battery compartment, these are features we want. Phones are expensive make them last longer instead of planned obsolescence, the public aren't fools we will punish your product if this is your policy.
Blue Sky Medical Equipment are a fraudulent company and advertising on the web. I ordered 110 auto hand sanitizer dispensers from them. They DO NOT deliver the goods after you have transferred the funds but their scam includes a supposed logistics company called ABC Xpress Logistics who send you a weigh bill number and both web sites are very professional even to the point of you being able to track your non existent consignment for days but the goods never arrive it is a professional fraudulent scam. Their company name was deregistered years ago the vat number is fraudulent the ABC Xpress Logistics phone number does not work. Both companies business addresses are fraudulent. Beware of these evil thieves. They stole R78, 000.00 from me. They do respond to your emails to a point until they have your money and keep you believing for a few days then they will avoid your calls. My Wife bought 3 POLO short sleeve shirts from Stuttafords Gateway on a buy 2 get one free deal. when i tried the one shirt on it was too small so i tried to swap it for a bigger size but they never had the stock. and i did not like any of the other colours as their stock is so limited. I tried on a pair of long jeans instead but it did not fit well and could really not find anything else i liked. On approaching customer services they offered to give me a voucher card instead of cash refund but instead of at the shirt price of R799. which would enable me to purchase another item at the same value they only offered me the discounted value of R599. this would mean that i would need to pay another R200. to purchase the same goods which was not the same deal. I then asked them to credit me in cash on the whole purchase and they refused saying they could now only give me a gift card to the same original value of the purchase. I consider this unreasonable and very short sighted as i have always shopped at Stuttafords Gateway but i wont go back unless they refund me in cash. It is not my fault that they did not have the stock and very limited choice.I wish to warn everyone of this scam
