be very careful when logging a return with them. their FAQ state bedframes can be returned open and used for a full refund within 7 days of purchase....... i do not want a full refund just exchange for a different size frame and headboard. Received said order on friday 02/01/2026 assembled 04/01/2026 noticed size was incorrect logged a return for exchange disassembled the frame packed all into original packaging , received a message today 05/01/2026 there will be a R1000 service fee to return something that is now considered used and no longer sellable
Shocking Customer service first the app doesn't work. then your profile doesn't work. then you can't access your bill. takes about 3 days of trying and holding on to speak to anyone . ZERO notification that your contract is up or due for an upgrade. you get charged month to month because no one notified you that is what's going to happen from R149 to R500 p/m. all they say Is sorry we can offer you new contract 40g for R200...*** sorry doesn't fix me being R1000 out of pocket. when a contract runs its term it should stop. 1 contract cancelled still no feedback main contract will also be cancelled been with Vodacom for 20yrs their service is non-existent
Shocking immature unprofessional service . If your incompetent call centre cant assist rather not answer the phone. My wife is a type 2 diabetic and her savings lasts 3 months if lucky. Since when is a diabetic not allowed to get test strips. Hell 50 a month is pathetic to say the least get competent knowledgeable people to work there a diabetic doesn’t test 1 maybe 2 if pushed a day. Its before every meal and more if feeling off . Surely you need to have some sort of info before injecting insulin. Then all her prescribed meds gets changed to made in some backyard in india generic rubbish . Why would a dr prescribe something only for you to decide what is best. You are the most expensive out there i have been with discovery over 20yrs time to move on
Shocking customer service , **** poor attitude unhelpful sighing whole time ‘agents’ @ call centre . Wife is a new customer and the below std products you install not giving data back. 4000km difference between actual and what that thing says also cant pull reports says car hasnt moved since early sept. Then your technical individuals don’t want to help or test so that thing will come out and contract cancelled there’s many quality companies that care about customer service and the assets of customers. Surely not too much to ask to test where is vehicle etc
<p>First they take my holding deposit because I didn't present my rental agreement when returning vehicle . A week later as a gesture of goodwill they will refund me for the damages I allegedly caused DZ87HVGP (462387) rather coincidentaly same spot as the rusted dent on the vehicle now two weeks after the conversation with the people at King Shaka no more communication or talk of refund apparently still in process.... they are so customer service driven no manager will sort it out no proper service hell didnt even respond to first review on here</p>
<p>rented a vehicle from king shaka sept 8-9 in bad condition dents,scratches etc. returned the said vehicle in same condition DZ87HVGP. Notified guy receiving didn't fill up vehicle as I was late for my flight he noticed there was damage to the boot lid of the vehicle which I explained was there and you could clearly see dark/rust metal I lost my rental agreement so he said will find out from office regarding this.</p> <p>I signed some incident form it only had two lines filled in were he wrote damage to bootlid and he asked me to write below that 'please investigate'.</p> <p>Then i get an email later the afternoon you are being billed for damage you caused to our vehicle after numerous calls and mails no response from king shaka.</p> <p>It's not rocket science to pull up a history for particular vehicle and sort it out.</p> <p>Surely if you are going to charge someone you follow a process... and another thing the form i signed was complete blank apart from the 2 lines stated above anything else filled in without my knowledge or consent is fraudulent as he was suppose to go to office and investigate the claimed damage he wasnt sure of!!!!!!</p>
due to endless promises and constant battles and the fact that YOUR DPP dept doesn't have phone lines you can cancel my application i made on the 21st of DEC the d/o was suppose to go of on the 28th and here we are 3 weeks later still trying to get that organized no wonder there is more reruns than on sabc totally pathetic no govt dept delivers as poor service as you lot sthembiso dlamini should be fired it got all the info 2 weeks ago and did nothing with it incl hard copies of all relevant documentation because its very hard for your staff to understand english and put it on the system so that a d/o order can go off
My wife phoned your call centre to order the explora deal on Monday some guy took all her details incl banking there was no mention of having to sms some random number then someone will call back. She phoned today to find out whats going on and spoke to some Lesego who was very rude and not bothered at all every question was met with total silence or you cant speak to a supervisor they are not there. Eventually someone else helped her had to do whole process all over again and now it seems we will only get installation sometime in new year due to poor training no communication and non existant customer service
