Worst experience with Nedbank Chat consultant, Mbali Did not want to assist or look into any requests without a case number, then Mbali ended the chat since she did not reply for a long period of time,.. I was advised by once of the consultants that my account was outdated she told me that in 6 weeks it would change, it did not so I kept following up, But each time I was met with no assistance and further requests to follow up. How hard is it to look into your customers login system to see what is outstanding on their account. Clearly if Lamile made a request for my account to be migrated it would be noted. Why do i need to produce proof of anything?
I went to the westwood (Westville)branch in Durban and was helped to upgrade my contract the consultant was quick and efficient. I was told that a voucher comes with my contract after 4 days i still didn't receive the sms with the voucher, i emailed, called and WhatsApped the store with little to no assistance from them. Why offer a client a service if you cannot provide an after service

The team keep losing the stuff that i purchase. this is the 2nd item that has been lost, when i complain they say that it has been escalated. I have been give this escalation number 8449420 and an insurance claim form to fill, this item has been lost from the 10th, I have paid for this item so I am very upset regarding the way it is being dealt with.
I cancelled my fibre line and im still being charged for it- why should i pay for a full month when i moved out in October. last bill date was till the 11/11/2024 but i got a bill saying that I must still pay the full R629- Acc # 340792205 please stop billing me.

The R299 lifetime screen protector was purchased from Westwood mall everytime you go there you get an excuse now apparently the machine is broken. They should replace the item with something of that value since this screen protector doesn't even last.
I suffer from low blood pressure and its being getting worse over the past 2 months my Dr had referred me to a Physician and it was declined by discovery. The reasoning was that its not clinically appropriate. I pay every month for my medical aid. And its a serious condition yet these amazing ******* want to decline everything. I cannot even get out of bed on certain days. Why should i pay for this when i have a specialist benefit. The reason for my low pressure needs to be ruled out!!! Frustrated with discovery and the unrealistic rules.
I received an sms a few months ago telling me that one of my accounts will be closed and that I would need to open another account. I did that. Now i am being charged fees on the account that is open. when i contacted nedbank the agent told me that He cannot close the account i need to phone another number, when I called the number and spoke to another agent. I had to wait for 9 mins just to be told that i need to speak to someone else. Please can someone who can assist me to close an account from Nedbank contact me please!!!!
