Firstly I would admit that I gave them permission to do credit verification, cause that's what they told me they are gonna do, To my Surprise the end of the month, they deduct R750. I've ask them for my money back, Cause I explained it to them How can I pay for something that isn't on my name, Because the Name in the contract is wrong, I've rep**** to their emails and ask them to fix it and what do you know the end of last month R750 were deducted from my account, remember I gave them permission to do a credit check not to deduct any money from my account.Cause I haven't SIGNED the contract that they have send to me cause the name on there is wrong. This month again another R750 from my account without my permission. So now they owe me R1500 in total.
They are quick to collect and send lawyers letters and threaten you with going to court. But when you as a consumer has paid your debt with them in full and then you have to wait for a paid up letter. I've been waiting a year now for the letter. What's even worst I've made a double payment by mistake, I've send them an email the same day to tell them about it and i've asked them to reverse it or return it to me and i'm still waiting for it. and its not small change R5670.36 to be exact. This is what they owe me and not one word from them after that double payment, now who is the *****s here, Its only professional to call the client and let them know that you;ve made a double payment bu we will be returning your money into your account, no not VERICRED at all they rather ask their stupid performance manager Leatitia Van Niekerk to contact me. SO Leatitia its been a Year can you please send me my R5670.36 please. for you it may not be a lot of money but for me its quite alot.
Hi there , i went onto my login page now and see that there's a company called DMC5 on there, I don't know them I can't remember that I ever app**** for something from them. Could you please assist me in clearing their name from my page please.
Webafrica is the ****tiest company to join if you want Fibre or ADSL or whatever. There after sales are ****. There support system is ****. There agents aren't fully up for the tasks at hand. To try and get hold of Webafrica is impossible, because they only got a landline that doesn't work and a Whatsapp support page that's also ****. There billing department is also stupid WEBAFRICA IS PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC.
As Everyone else, i'm also getting threatening letters from them and its also starting to irritate me. Like evryone else just searching and browsing for loans and now all of a sudden i owe them money for what i dont know. Like i said in my previous review, they never ever rendered any service to me or gave me the money so why must i pay. I will not pay them. They are the biggest scammers.
According to loan detector I Too Owe Them money. For What I dont Understand. I know i were Desperate for a loan but i never send any of my documents through . i might have fill in something online but i never have send any documents to them. now they want me to pay them, They didnt even render any service to me. They are Ripping people off. Stealing us blind with out helping us. but they want Money for doing ****ing Nothing.
To whom it may concern. Dear Sir/Madam I would just like to bring it under your attention that Fair Cape Dairies isn't all that. I've sent them a mail on the 23/03/2018 with a photo of the product that was sour and they haven't got back to me yet. The story goes like this. i've bought some juice from a Spar and it was sour the expiry date is only 26/04/2018 we bought it on the 20/03/2018 and the I took it back top that Spar and they said that i could exchange it which i did. But then the one that I exchange were also sour and then i thought to myself that i'm not gonna drive up and down for a 2litre juice, so i took some pictures with the expiry date on and send it to Fair Cape Dairies on the 23/03/2018 and i'm still waiting on a reply.
My EXPERIENCE WITH MTN IS A VERY BAD,POOR,PATHETIC AND A SAD ONE. About 5/6 months ago i applied for a cellphone the nokia 5 and guess what i'm still waiting for it. I've send them a couple of emails and messages but no one comes back to me. I mean 5/6 months later you cant tell me that you still doesn't have stock. The Consultant that helped me doesn't reply their service department or their customer care department doesn't reply as well. So please tell me what i must do. The last time i tried to cancelled it and the consultant said that i cant cancell it because its in process i mean *** for how long do i have to wait for a cellphone. Please advise me what to do. Thank You.
I think that MTN is Stealing Data from us. I mean how could you use 3gig of data in 3days without even downloading apps or anything. like the other day i had 500mb left in 30min time i got a message from them telling me that my data is completed and to top it all off they USED MY AIRTIME AS WELL.THATS THE MAIN THING ABOUT MTN THEY DONT WARN YOU YOURE DATA IS ALMOST COMPLETED THEY USE YOUR AIRTIME FIRST AND WHEN YOUR AIRTIME IS DONE ONLY THEN THEY SEND YOU A MESSAGE SAIYNG YOUR DATA IS COMPLETED.
