Rude and nasty attitude by Zama in Northmead branch!!! 1st incident she tells me that I need to book a bigger locker size which I never had a problem with PUDO before delivering to door, 2nd incident my man goes drop off a parcel she captured it and I get a notification that’s it’s done then with bad attitude she stops my man as he leaves the kiosk and says the address is not correct, they are not gonna deliver the parcel and he calls to confirm and angry how rude she was ,I asked is it a big girl ? He says yes!!! She needs to work on her attitude , if this is not attended and she fixes her customer service, I am taking this to the Ombudsman! I will be using that kiosk often. I have been happy with 7-8 different kiosks.
Terrible Slow service by agent called DINEO via WhatsApp!! She took 30 min just to change locker size , I’ve never been so disappointed with the courier guy !!
Terrible service!!! They keep debiting even when its not event connected!!! Now they giving terms that are not on contract when I want to cancel!!! This company must shutdown… manager unreachable to resolve issues!!!
Terrible service, they refusing to terminate the contract and states on it that you can cancel by giving them 30 days notice now they giving me run arounds …!!!!
I would like to complement Lebo and Anna from Centurion branch, I was not happy with Nedbank but they have a very good customer service and they retained me . Keep it up ladies we need more of people like you in the banking industry.
Horrible service at Kitwe Mall @Res by the shoemaker guy called Mashamba, I left my shoe on Friday for repair and he told me I can pick up on Monday 07 /03/2022 and when I got there he already packed them for me and when I opened the shoe was not properly glued on he says he didn’t see that and he kept of trying to open the shoe and now my shoe is ruined he told he can refund theres nothing he can do to fix it 😡… he had such bad attitude and bad service !!!! Will never recommend Kitwe to anyone.
Nedbank call center agent by the name of Fundo Dladla gave me the most terrible service, I called in to ask about the status of my account which was handed over and I made payments she just said please hold and she hang up didn’t even call me back!!!
<p>On Friday 26-05-2017 around 16-30 we walked in the centurion mall capitec with all the required documents and assisted by Sibongile to apply for loan ,she told us that she cant check because she must first confirm employment so unfortunately she can tell us if we qualify or not I insisted that she check she said its not possible we must take our time and come back on Monday!!! </p>
<p>Daveyton mall PNP horrible service by Bajabulile.I asked for cash at till for R100 she told me she doesn't have i must go to other till while i was packing my grocery she helped next customer and there was money in the till*shocked* the till i got to didnt have money ...i told that guy i am not going to another till call your manager to give me R100. That Bajabulile girl doesn't deserve to service loyal customers like me!!!!!</p>
<p>I spoke to Johanna in retentions ,and she did a great job Iam still happy to be with Momentum . keep it up J!!!</p>
