I have come across many media companies, however the one that stood out for me was Soweto Express. In Januworry, my home industry wasnt doing to well. I called the company and spoke to a gentleman named Sam. I explained my situation to him and he offered me a free or as what he would call it Complimentary advert. Like really who would do that in todays time. I am truly grateful and hope they get to see this review.
We visit Sun City at least once a year and it never disappoints. The resort boasts tons of amazing activities and it doesnt end there. Every time we visit theres something new and exciting for the whole family to enjoy. From sports courts to quadbiking, jet skiing, paragliding, ziplining, breathtaking safaris, amazing views and a varierty of pools as well as a man made beach, the list is endless. Our choice of accommodation is The Aviary, its beautiful and we even get to enjoy our own private patio and braai area. What caught my attention this past weekend is the brand new magnificent Lefika Villas, Oh my hat, its absolutely beautiful. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford the stay there, however if you are able to, trust me that is the place to stay! Guys, when i say I have never seen such beauty throughout our country, trust that this is no exaggeration. Thank You Sun International, you always exceed our expectations.
Hi there, 3 weeks ago i took out 2 new contracts at Vodacom Repairs Store in Sandton City. I was very happy with the level of service i had received from Zonke as she went out of her way to ensure our expectations were met. Moving over from apple to android, i then encouraged my friends to do the same and referred them to the Vodacom store. Because of this +-10 of my friends were successful with their devices and contracts and theres more to follow. The problem arose when i called Vodacom imforming them about my referals and requested for a compensation. The request i made was about the Samsung watch at R69/per month over 24 months. I requested them to add it onto my contract which I was willing to pay for since my contracts are not even a month old. We were denied completely. Instead they mentioned they grateful for the referals but i cannot be compensated in any way. I do believe this is unjust and unfair especially since I put a great deal of effort into gaining them customers. I'm appalled and will now stop with the referals. Such a big company, its a shame!!

I’ve recently purchased gifts from Pandora in which my full order was not delivered upon. I’ve tried contacting them through all possible avenues to no response from them. The number provided does not exist. I’m more disappointed as it was gifts for ladies going back home from their holiday which was left incomplete. I’ve emailed, messaged privately on their website and private messaged them through social media. I don’t know what else to do except to make people aware. Such a huge brand and yet no getting through to them.
Hi there. I placed my order on the 28th of November which showed the item being in stock and my delivery will take place within 5-7 working days. With my nieces birthday on the 10th of December, it was promised to be delivered on the day. Today, being the 9th of December I receive an email stating the item is out of stock and my order has been cancelled. Not only did I end up losing out on a R250 voucher I used for the product but I’m now left stranded and giftless. Imagine the look on this 5 year old, how do I explain to her about the companies disgusting service. Why advertise something that you don’t have in stock and why inform the client 10 days after the order had been placed. I’ve been a loyal customer but this inconvenience has turned the tables on them. Really disappointing!!!
I'm a fan of brands but I can guarantee that I will never step foot in a cross trainer ever again!!! On the 5th of February at 14:38pm I purchased a Puma Bmw sneaker to the value of R1600. Exactly 5 mins later I had my doubts as this was a birthday gift for my fiance, however I noticed that the width of the sneaker wasn't broad enough for his feet. Immediately I requested a refund which I was turned down on, no questions asked and no help assisted. If my knowledge serves me right I'm entitled to the 7 day cash return policy. I even tried explaining it to Altheus the store manager to no avail. This is no way to treat your customers especially with the ridiculous rates we paying in the first place!! Cross trainer will never see me again and I will expose them to every extent. My fiance who purchases at least 3k worth of items a month because of a certain brand he wears will also not be supporting them. It's disgraceful and no store smaller or bigger then cross trainer holds back on cash refund policies!

This is basically an update on my complaint I had against cell c Sandton to which just to clarify has not responded at all, I would never recommend them to anyone and they are completely hopeless. My sincere gratitude however goes out to Moses Mofokeng from the social media section at cell c's headoffice as well as Nelson Maunda in the sales department also based at the head office. These two gentlemen really went out of their way to patch things up that was caused by cell c Sandton. Just when I felt there was no hope, they shone bright and bent over backwards in order to ease my situation. Their continuous updates calls and efficiency is what cell c needs. Thanks to them we will be loyal clients as we know they can be turned to in any event. My fianc? and I thank you both for all your efforts and dedication. May you both prosper eternally!
Good Afternoon.I've been a Vodacom client for the past 10 years and I can honestly say they are certainly the best.My 5 contracts ended last year and I decided to try cell c out with the specials they were offering. In a space of 6 months i currently have 3 contracts, the last one dated on the 8th of January which was to my extreme disappointment. I've been dealing with Thato from Sandton for some time. The quote I received last from her was for the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge 64gig at R549 p/m. Since the 30 Dec 2015 I've been waiting for feedback in order to process the application. Clearly she has no work ethics as she totally avoids mines and my fiances calls. This has also happened with my previous contract whereby She kept me hanging for 4 weeks and eventually I had to approach another branch.Today, an entire week later, we decide to visit the head office in order to proceed with the contract. We were now quoted R759 which obviously couldn't meet our budget therefore had to settle for a 32gig at R499 pm.Customers ruling clearly stipulates the price you quoted is the price you pay.I'm rather extremely disappointed and doubt il be a client for much longer if this issue isn't resolved
