The Defy 600 Oven Door Hinges are poorly designed rubbish. I have had to replace the spring loaded hinges a number of times. The quality of the hinge is cheep and nasty. I now have to replace the hinges again. 20 Mar 21.
Telkom portal to purchase additional ADSL data. Not working . Phoned help desk twice yesterday and after the second call was told that the portal was done. Said I try again later or nest day. Day 2 and still not working. Details:- Proxy Error The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request GET /topup/index.html. Reason: Error reading from remote server ________________________________________ Apache/2.2.3 (Oracle) Server at secure.telkomsa.net Port 443 So now I have run out of data and Telkom has no other means to allow me to purchase additional data. I have had to use my Vodaphone low speed ****le to carry on working!
SuperNova 6" LED Spot Lights with no "E" marking on lenses. I addressed this problem with AutoZone as I purchased these lights from them. They did not bother to reply. I then contacted Hella Automotive who said they would find a solution to the problem, because without the "E" rating the lights would not be legal on South African roads. A few days later they came to me. They had made contact with there supplier and arranged replacement Lenses with the correct "E" marking for my Spot Lights. These were couriered to me me at no extra cost and I replaced the illegal lenses. Well done Hella - Excellent service!
I purchased a set of Hella Supernova 6" LED Spot Lights from your Pinetown branch. The problem I have now found is that they are not Legal on our South African roads because it appears that they are not SABS approved and do not have an "E" rating. There was no warning to customers that they were potentially buying an illegal product. The only place they could be on a vehicle that never travels on the public roads. The traffic authorities will issue fines if you are stopped and checked, they could also impound your vehicle. I did not expect this of a Hella Automotive product.
I find FNB Ebucks totally useless to me. 90% Of my transaction’s are via my FNB credit card. I contacted FNB to get them to close the Ebucks account and they came back to me to say that they can’t close the account because there is a whole 413 Ebucks in the account and would I not like to use the balance as a donation. This did not work as the min donation was R50.00 and I only had R41.30. I really don’t want this account how do I get FNB to close the account?
We have been frequent customers at your branch at the new Watercrest Mall however our last visit was a total disaster. My daughter & son in law joined us on our recommendation, to have a meal after a movie on Tuesday night at 19:25 on 22 December. We were seated reasonable quickly by 19:30 and then the problems started! It took 20 minutes to order our drinks and then the waitron had to be reminded that we had asked for water & ice as well. Meals orders were taken at about 19:45. Finally our pizza's and paste's arrived but no cutlery? It was now 20:20. We were told that they were waiting for the cutlery to come out of the washer? It took another 5 minutes to get our knives and forks. At this stage we had not received the normal garlic & chilly sauces, these arrived several minutes later. The poor waitron was clearly trying to handle a bad situation as was the duty manager and both were very apologetic about the situation. We were not the only customers experiencing serious time delay problems. It had taken 1 and 3/4 hours to have 3 pizza's and a pasta. The duty manager requested my contact details so that the owner could contact me. As of today I have heard nothing!
