I was ready to close all my accounts but after the great service I received from Thabisile , I am definitely not going ahead with that. I have been a Standard Bank customer for as long as i can remember and at this moment, I just want to close all my accounts. Prestigious Banking is just a useless title, three days later, after speaking to more than 3 representatives, i have not been assisted. To make the matter even worse, how do i receive communication that my matter has been resolved whereas it has not been resolved. I am very disappointed, i have no words to described how i feel.
SEDGARS ; They are so unprofessional. I made a purchase on the 25th April 2024, returned it on the 3rd May 2024. I have not received any assistance regarding the exchange, at this point, I am so disgusted i just want a refund. After my first review, I was contacted and informed that someone will contact me on the 13th May 2024, that never happened instead i am the one who has been making endless calls with no response.
Very poor service. I bought a clothing item , upon receipt, it was damaged, I requested for a return which took 4 days . I have been sending emails about the way forward, either to be refunded or exchange. There is absolutely no response. what irritates me the most is that their payment system is spot on but why do they do the same with queries or returns. The telephone number rings non-stop with no answer. Waybill has a contact name and number Ie. Sufyaan L : 0810307973 Does this person even exist? I always buy online, from groceries to clothing infact anything you can think of and YES, I have returned items in the past. Returning an item should be easy as buying an item. SEDGARS. Very Bad customer Service, Bought a few items online and not all were delivered. It is now two weeks later and I am being ignored, NO APOLOGY, NO RESPONSE WHATSOVER.
I called the call centre, asked to speak to someone who will explain to me about the different options being offered, Titus happened to be right person, he was very professional, knew what he was talking about, answered all my questions.<br> <br> I went on to send him emails with even more questions, he provided me with prompt response. he was on point, we need more people like him in the industry<br> <br> keep up the good work.
