Absolutely useless service. I purchased a gas stove that i received with a missing ignition knob. I only requested that the missing knob be replaced. Takealot requested that the stove be returned as the doe not have a knob to replace it. I clearly stated on many occasions that i do not have the original packaging to return the stove. I have no available packaging as a matter of fact. Take alot returns told me to return the stove only wrapped in black plastic refuse bags which i then did. Only to receive an email stating that the stove had missing items which would be the original packaging that i clearly stated i do not have before they collected the stove! It's been weeks that I've been left with no stove, no refund and no response on the matter.
Worst debt review company to ever consider. No assistance. No support. No feedback. Still have to do everything yourself. And they use useless Attorneys.
I would like to inform Webridge about the service I received from Amber Bird. She is an absolute darling to be assisted by. Always delightful and supportive with any assistance needed. I believe WeBridge is very fortunate to have her as an employee. I removed my negative rating due to the wonderful service I received from her and believe this company should take good care of staff like her. I am also very happy with the service and support received from WeBridge as it was hassle free and complimented by my attorney as a trusted company. Thank you WeBridge.
If I could i would give Sleepmaster a score of -10. Absolutely pathetic. No propper communication. No assistance. **** like account issues. How on earh can sleepmaster sing customers up for credit and not give the client any documentation. How the hell can a mattress price jump from special R1099 to R1899 after delivery excluding any delivery fees. Sleepmaster is a complete ******* for customers. As soon as you have an issue No body can assist other than the store where the issue started. Its pathetic for a large company like Sleepmaster. I've seen nothing but unhappy clients and complaints from client regarding sleepmaster.
I received a package from MTN and sadly MTN uses DSV courier services. Their service is absolutely horrible. My package is a weak late, the driver cant find the address and decides not to deliver. I had to Phone in to get DSV to explane to the driver where to find the address. After the driver eventually arive, it a lengthy proses to obtain my package. Your save in the drivers car takes forever to open leaving me standing and waiting just for the damn door to open. If i ever need a package delivered again and the company uses DSV, i'll rather leave it and go somewhere els!
Good day My cellphone number that i have been using for years has been renewed on a contract by my soon to be ex husband. I dit not agree to this as he uses this method to have control over my cellphone number. He previously had my number blocked by reporting my cellphone as stolen. I have contacted your fraudul line only to hear that there's nothing i can do as the contract is on my soon to be ex husband's name. So anybody can put your number on there account without your approval which then gives them complete control over your number? This is unbelievable! I suggest Cell c fix this problem as we are going through a divorce and getting his approval won't work as he wasn't even supposed to renew my contract in the first place!
This is my second complaint regarding my Makro RCS card. My account is still blocker after going through the whole process of having it unblocked regarding the pin, apparently entered incorrectly too many times. Is been more than 2 months that ive been struggling to have my account unblocked. The telephone line never works and no response received via email. The service is an absolute disgrace for such a large company.
Customer service is no use at all. I've been having problems with my new RCS store card. It's been more than almost a month and i get no feedback or assistance of any kind. The customer service contact line never works and nore do you get a reply via email. This is a serious problem. I request assistance urgently.
Im not getting any feedback on my queries and neither does my application make sense on the mondo trackin system. I ordered an MTN package but it shows a Vodacom package and DSV cant find my info on their system.
