Does your departments work in isolation. It’s crazy how you email and your tickets get closed with the clients consent but NO information was provided. You currently have an active lawsuit of reckless car finance. Do you want an additional one.
Dear Standard Bank Customer Service, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have experienced recently. Despite holding a prestige account, I have encountered several issues that are quite concerning. The banking app seems limited in functionality, the customer service at the branch has been below expectations, and credit card payments take more than 48 hours to reflect, even when making internal payments. Given the premium nature of this account, I expected a higher level of efficiency and service. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters. Woooooooow if there is one thing I hate is incompetence. How do you remove your home loan division from your branches but your call centre is this bad. I need proper information and I need to speak to someone that can help me. I am confuse to why I am in an arrears when I have no prior instalment payment date or debicheck update since this morning. I am fully aware of the December payment that will take place now and not on the initial pay date.
Online contract agent are seriously annoying me….FYI Why have the option if your agent doesn’t feel like working. Phoning me and then not speaking is childish
I ordered something online on the 30th of November 2022 and till today I have not received an email or sms about the order number. I phoned and gave all my particulars and the agent assisted and was about to give my order number and my call my cut (FYI it was not my airtime) Money was deducted out of my bank account and I logged into the Mr. Price App as a guest but I am still not sure to why there is a delay or lack of communication. Not impress.... Nancho's are not just chips with chopped salsa. Sour cream and cheese was very limited and it was just dry. You seriously need to reconsider serving this dish or improve it.
I am still waiting on my damn delivery since 11am. How can't you have staff working on a Sunday in your call centre but your branch and App is available and your staff is catching on ****.
Two weeks battle with Capitec over information provided by their customer service department and now they want to state as per your contract. As per your customer agent that is not able to their jobs, I was listed on the bureau for a damn R435 arrears woooow. This was not the service I gave to the clients when I was employed in the company. How your standards has dropped.
I am discussed at the agent that the company employees. Do you guys think we don't know our rights. They have NO empathy and above all threating your clients is unacceptable.
