I changed my debit order details for my home loan. Absa never activated the debit order! It is now affecting my credit record all they want to do is pass me to another department to get it sorted - call dropped between transfer! Try and settle it by EFT - no go - the beneficiary advised by the call centre does not exist on my bank account - not on one of my accounts! Absa fails again! Happened in 2021 with my vehicle as well. Sorry there was a problem with the system! Guess what - my credit record is affected!!! Moving ALL my loans to another bank. I AM DONE! Would not advise them to anyone!!!!!
I sent my watch to Garmin to be assessed. They never confirmed receipt and when I asked they took a 5 days to get back to me saying they have received it and will let me know once it has been assessed. 3 weeks and no correspondence! I fear that I might not get my device back. Extremely poor service and will not recommend buying a Garmin - their service horrible!
Wanted to cancel and the consultant handled it so well. Ended up not cancelling
I placed an order a month ago. All of a sudden they have not received my replacement order - I have paid and received notification that it has been received and shipped. Don't order from they - they are a SCAM
Reported my faulty device to them a few weeks ago. Feedback is non-existent and they just keep asking for more information. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT WHATSOEVER. Rather look at Smok.
Been a client for 5 years. I have applied for a home loan with them - they gave me 10% interest rate and Absa gave me 6.5%??? Applied to refinance my car with them. Absa gives me 10% they give me 13.8%?? Great job keeping your clients!
In ordered nappies on the 25th of November 2020 - it is now the 5th of January 2021 and I haven't received my order or any other form of correspondence as to why my order is late. Pathetic company taking money from parents already financially strained!
Last year on the 25th of November 2018 I ordered a special from Noola which includes a stroller, car seat, "grab and go organizer"" and a nappy bag. After confirming the order it said that delivery is due Middle January 2019 - which was not a concern as my baby was due end February. At Mama Magic a week after our order we ordered an isofix base which they said they would add to our order. They then explained that we would have to pay shipping of R 450.00 again - although it is one shipment! We refused and they said that they would "write off"the shipping even though they have to add it. In January 2019 I followed up with them on when we can expect delivery. I was told that it would only be end of January 2019. It then shifted to middle February. They put us on an sms system and the date just kept on being moved on with a week. It has been almost 3 months with no definite answer on delivery. Then on the 13th of February 2019 I receive an sms to say that due to high volumes I will only receive my accessories (which I ordered on the 25th of November 2018) end of March!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. You pay a fortune for the product and they just send you a bulk sms talking about delays! Even though I assume it is a good product I would definitely NOT recommend them as it is not worth the wait and the money or the bulk sms telling you about yet ANOTHER delay. There are other similar products on the market which are cheaper to begin with and the service is much better.
Last year August I purchased a brand new Hyundai Grand i10. Unfortunately it had a rattle so i took it to Multifranchise Nelspruit just to have it checked out. They could not find the problem and my brand new car had a scratch. However as these things happen I was not too upset as Marlise the service manager assured me that they would fix it and she would attend to the matter as soon as possible. After a week I had not herd anything from her and after another week passed I decided to phone her. With a lot of nagging I finally took my vehicle in. There was another scratch that was quite deep - not there doing - which one could clearly see cant be fixed with just a buff. They idiot who repaired the other scratch then decided to buff that scratch. He buffed the paint right off and there is a white powder stuck in the door handle. So on the 2nd of November I contacted Marlise and asked when can they fix it. She said the first week in December as they would only have a courtesy car available for me then. So the week before December I had not herd from them. I went there and she said there is no courtesy car. It is January and still no progress had been made. Three months later!
