They are always so eager to help and always help you very quickly. I just dealt with Kelsey September and she sent my docs to the assessors very quickly, happy with her service!
I did an order online today for 3x cars (matchbox size), it's 3 for 2, or 3 for R60 (so you save R45). I definitely didn't expect it today. However I was called to let me know they don't have it in stock, which is fine, I can get it when it's in stock (which I expected would be next week or so). Now the lady called again and said the supplier doesn't even have it in stock! They can get 2 cars from another store, and they can give me a 3rd they have in stock, but it's a different type of car so I will need to pay extra. It's not my fault if you don't have or can't get what I order online! I feel I should be given 3 cars, regardless if the one is a more expensive car (and not next December, because the supplier doesn't have). You advertise this and have it to order online, however even the supplier doesn't have it! Whoever checks your online stuff is doing a pathetic job! I told her she better refund me and I want it today. I don't know why refunds always take 2 weeks if it's your fault! I want my money back today! I use Dischem often, I won't use you again.
I ordered a bed on 29/11, the delivery fee is R300 which I expect to be worthwhile.. Later on that day i got an sms saying I would receive the bed today 3/12. Last night around 21.45 it updated to shipped, sounds good.. I waited at home ALL DAY, it's currently 6.20pm and no bed? When will I get my bed? I called around 3pm and the lady was of absolutely no help.. She just kept saying the courier will call an hour before they deliver and she couldn't give me a number or assist me in any other way as to when I will get the bed or who could assist me. She said they deliver until 6pm, we're already passed that and no one called me. Pathetic service! For the delivery fee I would expect better service..
My parcel was due to be delivered yesterday. Around 2pm I emailed the depot and said I won't be home the rest of the day, can they deliver today. I got no sms, no email, nothing.. I assumed it was rescheduled. However when I track it it still just has yesterday's date, and it says loaded onto vehicle for delivery.. This should say something like rescheduled or something. I called them today at 12pm.. They say it's with the driver.. I called them again at 3pm, and I said I need my parcel by 4pm as I'm not home for a while from 4pm.. It's 5pm now.. No driver has called, no driver was here.. No sms, no email... I WANT MY PARCEL A.S.A.P! Apparently they're using a new contractor.. I don't know where they drive around the whole day.. I've received parcels from Fastway before and usually I get it early. This is pathetic service! I'm in Rustenburg and they need to figure out their ****. This is a birthday gift I need and I still don't have it!

Good day I ordered stationery from the store in Rustenburg (Lifestyle Square) on 16 Jan. I made payment immediately and went to fetch it later that day. They however changed 2 items on the original quote which I didn't notice until after I paid. The one item was fine, however the other one I did not want. They said it's fine and they would do a refund. On that Thursday (18 Jan) they called me for my banking details, it's a week later now and I still do not have my refund. I keep sending emails with no response about it.
I had an issue with my updated policy schedule, but it was corrected very promptly.
