I'm trying since the 2nd OF December for them to. Call me and credit me as they have charged me for the new Rain and it has not been used as the old one is still in use. Emails has been sent from the overseas call centre but no one is interested in sorting this out what should I. Do?

I upgraded 1 month ago my Rain Router. I was told I would not be double debited. I requested 3 times for an agent to. Call me no one has called today is the 4th time I have requested. I haven't even connected the new one as I first wanted to speak to an agent. This is the 3rd time I received No service. This is terrible. I want it reversed and I will find alternate wifi. If you dnt have a slip they refuse to assist you. I bought 3 pairs of shoes on Thursday went today to change it. Unfortunately my daughter hasn't a clue what she's done with the slip. I do understand. But I am not a ***** I have my bank transaction on my account. So why can't they assist me. This is only 2 days.

Placed an online order.. The order was delivered friday 15th taken by the neigbors domestic. I was at home no one called me. The lady must have put the parcel away or took it home. She has not been in since Saturday. Today is Wednesday atill not resolved. Obviously no urgency as its been delivered. Who gave the authority for a 3rd party to sign. Im annoyed right now. An amount of 174 went off my account. 1 agent advised to stop my card and get a new 1.got disconnected the 2nd agent advise to stop online transactions and yet online transactions is stopped. Advised to contact ***** and I dnt want to as they never got back to. Me on my last query why are All the banks not interested in helping. I can't keep letting my money go you something I don't have or not gaining from. Gosh it's a small amount why can't it be reversed
Bought some ladies underwear. They did not even last 1 month. Material frayed I just threw them away. Your goodies are very expensive, surely you should jack up. On your quality as this is definitely not the first time.
