I purchased a super fast charger from Takealot but it was only a fast charger and not as advertised. I asked for a refund which they credited me but did not credit me the courier fee of R40. I find it unfair that an incorrect item is sent by them but we still pay for the delivery/collection fee when purchasing initially
Since I have been with Outsurance, Pet insurance is so smooth when it comes to claims, no hassles, just submit the necessary supporting documents and the claim is finalized within 24 hours
A few months back I app**** for takealot credit and was approved, I then ordered a microwave online but cancelled the order as I was not aware of the initiation fee of R610 only the R69 monthly fee. Even thought the order was cancelled I was being billed the initiation fee as well as the fee of R69. I called Takealot.credit who told me I must contact Mobi.credit. When I contacted Mobi.credit, they referred me back to Takealot.credit. I have given Takealot.credit my account number yet they still keep insisting I must speak to Mobi.credit. It is a nightmare getting credit through Takealot and they can't even pick up the information from the statement they send me every month that I am currently paying. If this can't be resolved I will complain to the credit Ombudsman.
As a long time client of Absa, I feel customers are being ********** by all the fees that come with the service especially online banking which suppose to save on costs. When downloading statements, when selecting 3 months it will give you the option to only download 1 month at a time costing R10 per download which means it will cost you R30 to download a 3 month bank statement. Absa is forcing me to move away to a different bank with lower costs. I have a cheque account, current account, 7 day notice account, a credit card, home loan, building insurance, personal loan and overdraft draft which I'm sure other banks will welcome me with open arms. When I app**** for a lower interest rate on my home loan, after never missing a payment (even during lockdown), all I was offered was a 25 basis point reduction. I don't suggest new clients to come over to Absa as they are the most expensive bank when it comes to fees.
For those who are considering to move over to Discovery, please avoid Financial Advisor Andrew Flederman. On the 23 Sep 2024 I sent all the supporting documents for my RA (Sanlam), my partners RA (Liberty), my home loan from Absa (possible switch to Discovery), my salary currently at Absa (possible switch to Discovery) and have not had any feedback from him. I sent an email again on 7 Nov 2024 and his response was I'm.sorry will get on with it. 06 D3c 2024 and I have still not heard from him.
Absa Insurance is useless. After 1 and half weeks since the assessor came to do his assessment, I am still waiting for answers regarding the leaking through the roof causing the ceiling to gather mould as well as leaks through various parts of the house and with the non stop rain it just gets worse.
After taking my dog to the vet for his routine care, I submitted my invoice and the claim was approved 1 hour later.
Good day all. Please don't be fooled by Home connect Fibre services. I took out a Fibre contract beginning of last year around Feb/March 2022 when I got an alert that a price increase of R100 for Jan 2023 will be implemented and now in Jan 2023 a price increase alert was sent for another price increase of R100 for March 2023 will be implemented. STAY AWAY
I'm really disappointed with outsurance pet insurance...I have submitted a claim with outsurance and was given a claim number with the details of the claim advisor. I sent an email to my claims advisor with the invoice and payment on the 19th September 2021. A week later after no response I sent another email asking to contact me urgently. 28th September and still no feedback or correspondence. My claim number is 315124089 and the person assigned to my claim is Chanelle Stuurman. Please can someone from outsurance contact me with this regard
Great service from Shamshaad Sonday. My Totalsports dispute was finalized and resolved with the help of Shamshaad Sonday
