I have sent an email to Rosebank College on the 8th of July so that l know the process of arranging a courier to collect my certificate l have only received one reply from them and since then they have ghosted me. Their service is really bad.
I placed my order on 26.06.2025 at 8 in the morning and happily received my order on 27.06.25 before midday and based in JHB, l loved how fast they are to deliver the product and received all my items in good order.
Bought a battrey from them and it was faulty, l have requested for a refund they refuse to refund me stating, l have used the battery, obviously l have to use the battrey to see that its faulty. I never buy from them ever again bad customer service!!!!
I ordered on 12.03.24 and l received my order on 13.3.24 in the morning, good quality and fast delivery, l am a happy customer.
I have paid both my loans manual, but FNB still wants to debit form my account as if l owe, l have called them they couldn't assist a simple query over the phone and refers me to the branch, their customer service is under rated.
I have contact FNB from the 1st of August for them to help me with the a wrong paymentl made to one of my accounts they said it will be solved within 3 to 5 business days but until date nothing has been done, l call them they tell they will fix but nothing happens, its really frustrating!!!
I registered my child with them for e learning on which they promised to give me forms to register on schools for exams but to this date they never did, they dont take my calls anymore.
I have a case with them, which has not showed any progress the case started in May 2020 until now in August there is no progress am the one who has to phone Scorpion and ask about how my case is going, bad service so dissapointed after so many years of installments for no assistance.
I made a complaint about the housing.supervisor at Stanhope Mansions through an email and l had to live the building because the housing supervisor and l had an disagreement, l complained about to their office but no response was heard from the office,when l gave my notice and painted the flat before l moved out,l was suprisepd to see the R1560 deducted for painting. When l called the Johanneshurg housing company to my surprise they took me from pilar to post,l just want my money back that was deducted for painting.
