We have send several emails to JC Le Roux as well as to Heineken Beverages consumer complaints and have received zero feedback from them. We have had numerous cans of JC Le Roux Sauvignon Blanc with sedement inside and I have written 3 emails, phoned them and zero response.
Please be aware of these people, once you have paid you can't get hold of them. Their phone just rings and they don't reply to your emails. Still waiting on delivery but i am sure that it is not going to happen.
The worst company to deal with, rude people putting down the telephone in your ear a few times. I ordered a Service using their online application and map to say it is available. I paid the deposit to make sure the order gets done asap. 10 Days later I connect with them via WhatsApp to find out where my order is just to find out they have no service available. It is not just false advertising but also ***** to take money for something you are not providing. Then I phone them just to have the phone put down in my ear twice. They are totally unprofessional. Will not recommend them at all.
DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL PAY AND GET NOTHING. THEY DONT RESPOND AND YOU CAN"T GET HOLD OF THEM. THEY DO NOT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS AT ALL.
Please be aware of these people they are a bunch of ****sters. You pay for things, and it doesn't get send to you. Forget to try and contact them as out of 10 emails you might get one reply, we are sorry, but we are waiting for the stock to arrive within the next 2 days, and we will then dispatch. That will come and go and nothing will happen. BE AWARE OF THESE ****STERS
I bought a Deebot N8+ for R12 000. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago when we notice the battery is not holding anymore. I tried to buy a battery, but they don't have stock available. They cannot tell you in 2 weeks' time after numerous phone calls as well as emails when they will have stock again. They do not reply, nor do they keep you updated. Their service is non existing and extremely poor. It is not a cheap product and therefore one expects that they would carry parts, but they don't. They have one lady working at the head office and her communications is also Non existing. I would definitely not buy this product again at all.
I bought a Pajero SWB from them. Being second hand there were a few things that needed to be fix. The grill was broken, the boot cover was missing, some crack in the paint and a broken indicator lens. They would replace the grill, repair the paint, find a cover and replace the indicator lens. The grill was repaired the spray painting was worse than before, the luggage cover is still MIA. Anton the owner said that the mirror with the indicator light is over R5000. I said that you can buy the lense on Ali Express for R1250. Anton said that i must buy it and he would reimburse me. It is an ongoing process of empty promises. This is the first and last time that i will buy anything from them. I will not recommend them to any one.
Please stay away from buying anything from them online. They do not answer phones and you seldom get a reply via email. They receive the stock next week and you will hear the same story week after week without getting anything. I have seen a lot of complaints on Hello Peter about this company with similar experiences. I suggest we all contact Carte Blanche to have them investigated. Suggest people with similar experience email me at pk@tubestone.co.za.
If you are interested in getting a reliable service provider forget about Webafrica. If you want to no service then i suggest you contact them. Sorry you wont be able to do that. You can phone them and hold on for 2 hours or you can make use of their WhatsApp help which is just as bad. Guys when you provide a service please do it and check it yourself. It is frustrating to get anyone to talk to. But if you push for sales your call is immediately answered. So obviously they are only sales driven and feel zero for customer service. I applied well in advance for an activations as well as a router. Line is active but router is still not with me. It is today the 7th yet they couldn't get that right but billing started already. Your customer service is non existing.
If you consider sending anything with Courierit i would suggest DONT! The lack of customer service as well of delivering on time is a disgrace. The staff is unhelpful and to ask that someone phones you back is a waste of time. They are extremely busy and cannot do all the deliveries. When your service levels drop you either employ more staff or you take on less. Not these guys they would still take on more and more. One wonders are they motivated by GREED because it isn't customer service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is hopefully being delivered Today. Nobody contacts you to say we are unable to deliver as to the sms they send. You sit at home waiting for these idiots.
