Took my DeLonghi coffee machine in. 8 days later got quote. paid same day.2 weeks later i had to call them to ask when it would be ready. told i could pick up on Friday Thenreceived a mail saying sorry Saturday. Went on Saturday. After waiting 45 min they bought me a mixer!!!! said I bought in coffee machine. Sorry but we can't find it. Phoned an hour later saying they had found it and I could come back. Said thanks but have wasted 3 hours of my Saturday already. They said they will deliver following Wednesday. Delivered. Despite paying R3000 all the problems and warnings were still on the machine. I took it back. They said sorry. I waited. 3 days later they said come get it. I said I have been to you 3 times already, you deliver. \yes they said. Phoned on Friday 11 April to confirm they were delivering. Confirmed they said. Nothing. Went back for the 4th time to pick up today. Sadly Delonghi have given them the rights to repair their machines, along with philips, kenwood etc. Avoid buying these brands as repairs are shoddy and service ****
I have been with FNB 25 years. Personal, business and more. Trying to open up another business account has been the worst customer service experience in my life. Combine that with FNBint trust services I want to thank business banking for being the straw that broke the camels back. Goodbye Fnb. Despite the ineptitude and complete and utter uselessness of the business banking staff, the lies they type into the system saying they tried to contact you, you finally get the account opened but zero, and I mean zero communication on how to open it in the app, transact, passwords blah blah. You then spend 25 min being transferred from department to department. etc. I have never ever experienced such S%$%^t service. 5 weeks with business banking to open an account - 5 months with FNBint Trust - it has taken me 1 hour to get the ball rolling to move all my accounts to another bank. Loyalty obviously means nothing
Completely unavailable. Not does not work. Then says you are live with so and so and no reply. They are the reason I have stopped using Temu
Swore never to use Netflorist after my wife’s birthday flowers were delivered 2 days late. Used again today. Despite phoning 3 times no delivery. The excuse. The drivers phone is off. Gave you a second chance and never again
After waiting three times longer than promised for delivery with zero communication. They then provide incomplete information for delivery and it has been sent to wrong address. 3rd bad experience and won't use again
A great example of pointless customer complaint avenues.<br> <br> So I have in the past repeatedly tried to order from Steer Broadacres. Its either a incorrect orders or just complete frustration dealing with the people in the store. So on Sunday after speaking to 3 different people and trying to place an order I gave up. again. I thought that Steers head office would be interested in knowing why they have finally lost a customer. I went to their website and detailed my frustrations in trying to get any service from their branch. Mainly its a language issue. I understand that their are 11 official languages but to have a store in an area that has a high % of english speakers one would hope that they would caterr to this. Anyway the geniuses at head office receive my complaint, send me an sms to say they are looking into it and proceed to get the same morons who I have battled to talk to in the first place to phone me back!!! Why bother having a feedback section on your website?
ordered flowers for my wives birthday promised delivery same day . at 4.59pm phoned net florist and spoke to junior. he said they deliver up to 5pm. i pointed out it was 1 min to go could he confirm. waited on hold for 7 min to be told he had checked and driver was on route. 5 min later received an email saying they had been delivered at 4.23 and they hoped my wife was happy. phoned back, explained, was put on hold for 13 min to be then told they had been delivered and signed for by a person i don't know. when i asked what address they were delivered to they could not confirm, but not to worry they would sort out tomorrow. WTF<br> queried this and asked what address they had and again they told me they could not see on the system<br>
