Earlier this year Vodacom downgraded me from 50Mb fibre line to 20Mb. Today I get a notification of a downgrade from 20Mb to 10Mb WTAF?

Telkom loaded a default against my name, and I only found out today, for an account that was closed 2 years ago. Despite having a debit order with them, why was this amount not deducted ? No formal communication via letter or email was ever done to me. I hope you guys close down, that's how inept you are ! clear the f*cking default now, you lazy idiots.
My tenant's bill at Balwin Amsterdam 324 was approximately R419 per month for Gas. Last month it was R3100. These STSS guys/Whitfields/Balwin are just ripping us off. if not resolved this week i will be opening up a charge at SAPS. No way one small household uses over 100kg worth of gas just for a stove an geyser.
Fibre is down again today for the 2nd time this week and 4th time in December. I have had about 9 days offline, which is almost 30% of the month offline. I want a credit to my account.
I have had an internet outage for 2 days. The call centre is inept and cannot do troubleshooting. They need to assign to a back office team that is not working over the weekend. So basically I can do nothing for the next 3 days. Vodacom: Service Request SR181 ********** 11 status has been changed to 'Open' status. Do not get Vodacom Fibre. This os now the 4 episode I have had with them this year and frankly for a brand of their size this is really poor. Their call centre has no escalation mechanism in place.
I bought the decoder with the impression it is plug and play. After days of trying to contact the call centre, and tweeting them, I eventually get through, only to be told an installer needs to be contracted to correct where the satellite dish points to. False advertising, poor service.
<p>This business is very dicy. Do not even set foot there. There are issues with the history of the vehicles and you will not be protected if there are issues. This business does not even command a 1 star review. These are con artists</p>
<p>I applied for an ADSL line last week, received an SMS to say the technician will come today. 6-7 calls later, no one calling me back. I spend the whole day at home waiting and no one here. God help us all. They cant even keep new customers happy, imagine trying to retain customers. Poor Service</p>
