**********, Truck driver hit my mother's wall and gate while delivering building material we had ordered from Build It Amalinda.I informed the store of this, the same day of the incident because of the high crime rate in the area.They said they would send someone the next day to fix both the wall and gate. come the next day to fix everything,we had to remind the store about this issue,the so called contractor they sourced pitch up at 12:00 pm dug holes, disappeared at 15:00 pm,only to come back at 18:00 pm to start fixing the slabs of the said wall.Four days later,my mother's gate is still not fixed. She has building material in the yard,and God forbid if anything happens to her or that material is ******..We have to keep calling and sending emails just to get anything done,no initiative from them. After all the money we have spent on them buy building material,this is truly disheartening.
The service at Steers in Berea East London lives a bitter taste in one's mouth. If it's not them opening much later in the mornings,it's waiting for the staff to come and assist while you have been waiting for 5min and they see that you there but they choose to ignore you.Don't get me started about the Ice cream that is never available.They really need to shape up.
The service we received from this outlet on the 09/02/2020 was appalling to say the least.The issue started in the drive thru as we had 2 different orders but were in the same car.We were told in no uncertain terms that "that they couldn't do a split order",we had to pay for the one order and then come back around to place another order which to my reasoning is insane.Then we proceeded to the next window to enquire why the split order could not be done,that's when the ladies on the night shift started being rude,to say they were rude is an under statement.They were disrespectful,unprofessional and started screaming at us. We requested to speak to the manager,and to our suprise the lady that was giving us attitude was the manager(Andiswa).Long story short,the staff at KFC Haven Hills East London need intense customer service training and I and my friends want a formal apology regarding this matter.No one should be subjected to that kind of incompetency.
The service at Debonairs pizza in Hemmingways is horrendous.They don't even the decency to tell customers how long they will be waiting for their orders..Tell me where have you ever waited 40min for pizza?They need to pull up theirs socks because we are here to buy with cash and not on credit..This is truly annoying.
The service at Game in Vincent Park East London is appalling to say the least. I was there last week Saturday to exchange an item, needless to say we stood there waiting for someone to help us,and we were sent from pillar to post without any assistance.Their customer service needs a shake up,u cannot on a Saturday have one person working the Customer service desk.And the sad thing about it is that a lot of people that were in the queue were complaining about the lack of service that they always get at the store.
I do not get why we are never given a heads up when the municipality decides to "fix" dams which results in us not having water.This is not hygienic at all,the least they can do is let residence know that there won't be water on a specific day.And what is worse when you call their offices,no one seems to know what on earth is going on and when the water supply will be reconnected again.
I have recently been getting messages from an attorney firm telling me that I owe Virgin Active for not paying my membership fee. Problem is I have never signed a contract with them nor have I ever been to Virgin Active East London (Beachfront).I requested them to send me the contract that I apparently signed but to this day they haven't sent it. I am sick and tired of calling them because they send me from pillar to post.This reflects badly on my credit history.<br> I need this sorted out soon.
