Made an order about two weeks ago, and I haven’t heard from them since. This is very disappointing, can’t even support “seemingly South African” businesses because of this nonsense. Really disappointed, if it is legit, I will take this down, but they have not given me confidence. -10/10
MTN has not been able to help me with an esim activation for my Apple Watch. I wrote this now because I have been to different MTN stores around the country and no one knows what to do or how to help. I went to Oceans Mall (Durban) and Board Walk (PE) stores. I have contacted the call centre and they say the esim is not activated, but how when I had it before on my old watch. No one knows how to help me. I am the customer here and it’s like no one really cares. I’m quite tech savvy, I even tried to do it myself and reset my watch etc and rejoin via forgot password etc, it would send an OTP and the second I press next, it says privacy policy not accepted. How am I suppose to accept something that has no box or selection option. Come on I am currently now waiting for The Glen store to call me back, if they do and are able to help I will gladly remove this. I have been a loyal customer with MTN since 2009 but this is very disappointing

I would like DirectAxis to stop harassing me with spam messages. I tried calling to be taken off the messaging list and the lady just dropped the call. This is very annoying and I do not want a loan, and I have no business with DirectAxis. Please!!! I have opted out many times, but here I am again, Please stop this, it’s not right
Good day I would just like to say how displeased I am with Takealot. I have been wanting to return an item. Everyday I keep getting told that it will be collected the next day before 5pm. Before 5pm could be 4:59pm. This is ridiculous. I am not sitting at home the whole day waiting for them to collect. If you can’t stick to a day, why not suggest a day that “may work”. I understand that lockdown has been difficult, but stick to a day, So we can all plan accordingly or at least phone and find out if the person will be home on the day. Good day I keep receiving SMS’s about my subscription to lifestyle TV, Reycreo and Inconcert. I have phoned to cancel before (Reycreo). Why do I keep getting these damn messages, and my airtime being debited, it says R3 a day. I called the call center and no one was picking up. This is annoying, please May someone call me and stop this nonsense.
I would like to know why this company is lodging a debit order against me, I have no clue who they are. I call them and they say it was a mistake, they were suppose to send the sms to a Miss Magubane. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past 24 hours to no avail. The call center staff are unfriendly and not able to help. I call and get put through to a number that cell C says doesn’t exist 084 143 I want to cancel my contract, I have not been happy at all and now that it’s time to end it, I have trouble. Please may someone help, this is not fair at all. You guys have really disappointed and let me down
I am upset now. Every few months I have to go through the same nonsense. My account has been defrauded of R125 from a debit order, reference KTRACKTER. Why are we not safe, why does MY account keep getting this. It’s not the first time, probably my fourth time having to deal with this. I’m getting really upset. We trust you guys with our money. Now I have to waste time, and go to the bank, you guys will reverse this, at a charge to me, your customer, who has done nothing wrong, I am the one who has been robbed, but I will get robbed again by my bank my being charged a reversal fee. This is not fair, why can’t we have our money safe, we work hard and tirelessly, you guys need to make sure our minds are at ease. ABSA this is not fair, who must I be inconvenienced. No man, this is not fair. I demand a refund/reversal and a call by close of business today. I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 15 years, this is not right. For starters I have never dealt with these guys, apparently they are from Thailand. I’m highly upset, I also demand a refund of my time, petrol, and my parking ticket which I will have to pay for to get to your branch, this has been going on way too long. Good day I am still awaiting feedback with regards to my last review. I have not been able to get coverage in the comfort of my home. I had previously complained last year around this time, and was told that if the problem wasn’t resolved, my contract would be terminated “free of charge” if it wasn’t resolved by July. Luckily it was resolved. A year later I am in the same predicament. Please may someone give me clarity on the way forward, as this is unfair. I need to be able to get reception and network at home. I am paying for data that I am not able to use in the comfort of my home, I have to resort to using it every where else except my home
