Bought 4 brand new bakkie tyres in September 2019. Received an sms from Cooper tyres to rotate my tyres. Went to the dealer where I bought for the rotation to find out there's a bubble on my right rear Tyre. Hardly drove my bakkie due to the Pandemic and working from home. Tyre thread was between 70 - 80%. The dealer decides to do a claim just for them to get a report back from Cooper tyres to say there's nothing wrong with the Tyre. The bubble was due to climbing a kurb or a bottle. What nonsense reasons are those. I think this is one of the worst Tyre brands in the industry. I will not recommend anybody to buy this brand. I don't even think I did 10 000 kms on these tyres. My bakkie is not even 4x4. Worst Tyre brand
Worst service ever. Bought a 3 head solar lamp. Received it with one light broken off. Sent them them an email. Lady by the name of Mimi replied requesting pics. I immediately replied to her on the 4th of January 2021. Sent another email to her on the 11th of January 2021. Up until today 25th of January 2021 received no reply from them. I will never buy from them again. Will also inform everyone on my contact list about the poor service received
The Accounts section of this company is the worst. Made my 2nd or 3rd call to the accounts department regarding my account, upgrading from 5mb line to 10mb line. Salesman explained to me it will cost me a R100.00 more per month. To my amazement they charging me R200.00 more every month. First call I mad about this was first week in February 2019 which I'm still waiting on somebody to get back to me. I then received an email stating I've reached 80% of my monthly usage bearing in mind I have an uncapped line. Sent an email on the 13 Feb 2019 explaining again about the R200.00 increase on my line and for them to get back to me. Phoned them again on the 27th Feb 2019 and I was told to send an email to ********** which nobody came back to me once again. I phoned them again today speaking to Megan which politely informed me she knows about this and according to them they have explained to me the prices and everything. Vumatel sent an email in Jan 2019 they increasing the line from 3mb or 5mb line to 10mb line. I just hope Megan will get back to me , not sure if she knew who she was talking to as I only gave her my first name. I think this is one of the poorest service I've received in a long time. As for the salesman I only realised after last week's call I didn't receive anything from him in writing. As for their support service I can really say they give a very good service. Keeping you up to date with your query all the time. Pity for the accounts department. Very bad service
<p>Received a call from creditworks about non payment in 2013 on a contract taken out in 2008. The contract was for 3 years until 2011. I'm now told by an ADT agent you as the client need to inform them after the contract was supposedly expired you want to cancel there services. A letter needs to be sent to them to cancel their services after the contract has expired because they automatically put you on a month to month basis. So if you put us on the a month to month basis why let the account go on for months. And after we stopped paying why does the account still add monthly payments. I think this is worse service I have ever received. I don't see the purpose of a contract then. And the worse part is I signed up a new contract with ADT in 2016. I'm definitely cancelling my contract when it expires</p>
<p>I've been a member for more than 12 years. not once in this 12 years have I been on a holiday through QVC. There is never place available although you try and book months before. I've contacted them on numerous occasions to cancel my membership and was told it cant be cancelled. I've also notest this membership has gone up to R 540.00 this month. I have asked my attorneys to have alook at this matter as it is rediculous to pay something which you have no benefit of. What the consultant explained to us about this product was definitely lies and a scam to get us to pay all this money and not benfitting anything after all these years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there anybody who knows how to get rid of or cancel this membership.</p>
Just received sms from debit order that went off. They did a double deduction on my account. Didn't even have the decency to let a client of more than ten years know. Very bad service from MTN
