Chemcrete and the recommended service teams are all ****s! Just read the reviews! Stay away from chemcrete!! No one takes responsibility, die applicators blame the product and chemcrete itself will blame you, your foundation, their T's and C's. Absolutely no accountability from them! They stuff up and you will sit with a horrible bathroom ect! Decorative cement, De wet! What poor unskilled service every time we mentioned something he just blamed chemcrete "they wont admit their product is faulty and wont refund him so he is sorry he cant carry the cost to fix our problem" we did 2 full bathrooms. We even drove to the centurion chemcrete branch and they said according to our photos its poor workmanship. Just a blame game! I wish i could post photos to warm people about chemcrete! Its both parties! What happend to good service? Accountability?? No you pay and what you get is your problem! Pathetic companies!! Stay away! They fish you in with beautiful modern photos and wonderfull everlasting product! No of that is true! They are ****mers this is just a get rich quick product that wont last! The chemcrete is chipping off the sides of our bath's not even 3 months after application and the blame game starts! Of this was a well established company / product / skille recommended contractors they would care more and try fix the issue! But chemcrete and crew just blame each other or you!! When doing the quote and checking your home, no mention off issues! Till they are done! Then chemcrete will blame your home or the contractor, the contractor will blame chemcrete, sorry chemcrete wont refund the product to the contractor and the contractor says sorry i cant afford to redo on my cost. And there you sit... fully tiled bathroom redone ceiling to floor with chemcrete and it looks like a horror show, cracks, chipped walls, chemcrete cracking around the bath, finger print marks, water marks, wrong sealent used (creative cement again blames chemcrete) but we have to just accept it. Sorry né, maybe next time. Pathetic
Wel as I read all the 4800 complaints against virgin active im just 1 of the 1000's will it even change anything to write the BAD review? Do they get back to you NO! do they only want you to join and thats where the service stops FOR DAM SURE! Does the gym keep their customers happy? NOT AT ALL ITS MONEY MONEY MONEY What i dont understand is how come they can just get away with it? No one at the virgin active that i joined 3 years ago can assist me no one at their call centre, no one in accounts and you will never guess what happens at head office..... some spaceship as abducted all their phones and computers.... no one can answer the phone or a email... maybe thats why they have taking odd amounts off money on separate dates in 1 month out off my account, and this has happend 4 times. Maybe they are trying to pay some alien to get their stuff back.... maybe Virgin Active is the same ****ming business aa Steinhoff....
What a pathetic bunch at makro wonderboom pretoria!! On the Nov 6, we got our local newspaper with a adverti*****t from mkro for pod chairs @ R899 on the 10th we went to buy 4 chairs, they didnt have stock, we were told, we were told the special ends the 21st we can buy now and collect when stock is in, we did that. After +- 2.5 weeks of up and down to makro each time saying the stock is late, but on the 27th we were told stock is in. We got to the makro and when we gave the pop, the manager tells us sorry! The price was wrong! Its R8999 p/chair! Its not there problem we can get our money on store credit. Extreamly upset we left, so on 22 Dec, we see our pop is fading and go back to makro to get a refund. We were sent from 1 person to 3. Got to the accounts a lady comea to us and askes if she can help, standing with our 3 and 6 year old in the door we explain the issue, no she says we need to contact head office its not their problem, we ask to see the manager, just next to this office as we saw her the previous time, she would understand it is makro wonderbooms isssue why should we contact headoffice we paid here. No she says the manager is eating (this is 10am) we cant see her. So we wait. Then a black lady starts swearing and telling us to f@$$@ off to oranje, we didnt at first know she was talking to us then the makro employee tells us to come a other day after we have waited about 44min we said no our slip is fading we want a other pop. The black lady which is a customer starts swearing and saying again white *******s f@%#^ to oranja this we understood. What is most disturbing is the makro employeea in that accounts office 3 of them just sat laughing not one told the customer to stop it just laughed my husband told the lady to shutup as our children were with us. The managera door was opened and she was sitting with a other lady eating slap chips. We went in, she was so rude, she didnt great us, told us to come back and we said no, give us a card or letter or refund, she just dissed us and apoke to the employee who laughed at us being racially attacked! We told the manager about this what was her answere??? Aorry we dont intervene between customers fighting, we explained we were not fighting, o she said but we must of jumped the line we said not at all we were standing outside the office waiting our turn the lady came to us, outside on the stairs. No the manager says, eating her chips she cant do anything about racial issues, i was so upset i asked for her managers nr, she gave me Hennie Oostehuizens nr, i tried calling him no answer. At first i thought of leaving it but so many times black people cry racism, but they are just as racist, we did not a thing to provoke this lady and she just attacked us, and makro's accounts and manager told us aka "so what" if the shoe was on the other foot, im sure we would off been jailed and the eff would protest amd burn buildings! Juat shows us that racism has no colour, and is very alive in makro wonderboom staff and management. I know nothing will come from this, because only black people get attacked, white people should just accept it and shut up.
Im so tired of buying, Old, dry, expiered and bad quality food from ninapark spar in pretoria north!! The worst is i can put my kids of 2 years & a 6week old in the car take my dry bad food back, stand in the front like a school kid with kids and food waiting for a manager just to go get a other item or your R40 back!! So for all the incon people just leave it. But i have bought so many CAKES, FAST FOOD, CHICKEN, VROT FRUIT! there that im just tired of it!! Its embarresing to say the least!! Where does it stop!
Every day you hear people complain about service. But tooday i want to say WELL DONE! CHANTILEE KINNEAR! Thank you for you most wonderfull service, you made my whole weekend feel special. You made me feel as if we have been friends forever! You are most kind and proffesionak, not skipping one detail, but still a "bbf". The world needs more people like you!! Maryna Odendaal
What a humiliation i had at my babyshower booking at Isabbela's Parkview! We made a 3 week in advance booking for 14 @ R150pp Decadent feast table. firstly there was barely enough food for 8, it stood in the outside sun without any covering over it, the cake bites was dry, there wasn't even cupcakes for everyone, everything was placed on brown paper no serviettes no cutlery, My mom and i had to move the food table out the sun twice, we sat in the sun the decor of the table was a lie and to top it off we noticed fly eggs once my husband wanted to taste. There's a lot i cant even say for space wont allow but I am very disgusted and humiliated, most of my family said that they didnt want to eat as they knew that there is not enough food to go around and thought it might have been what we paid for, i didnt even want to offend my husband as him and my sister in law organized the babyshower but after everyone asked me why i had it there i thought it through, even though it was a great gesture, it is not worth half what he paid for, paying for something and receiving this type of service is absurd and a health risk, i will make sure to have an in dependant health inspector pay a visit.
