I e-mailed to request process to cancel my services. Nobody rep****. I contacted them again a month later. Cancelled the services in writing, but kept on being harassed on paying my account. 3 weeks after equipment was collected and final amounts paid, I receive letters of demands with threats of being blacklisted!!!
They state you pay only R15 for one question or you can get monthly membership for R599. When you submit credit card details for the R15 once off you get billed for R599.00 without authorising it!!!!
I placed and order almost two months ago and have still not received my goods!!!
On Air's service for Decoder purchases through them is excellent. But they ask subscriber if they want the Hotspotter option and regardless of whether you say no, they still debit your account monthly with R159 and then you can't get the debit order cancelled
I received a parcel for goods ordered from Buffalo Logistics about an hour ago. i was in a meeting and couldn't receive the parcel. It was delivered at reception. When I got the Parcel I was horrified - there was a sponge inside. The goods I ordered weighs about 6kgs and was for $31.00 The package had no forwarders address or invoice. Only Buffalo Logistics address. It seems my parcel was taken and a dummy product delivered. Is Buffalo logistics stealing the goods???
We had Fibre installed by Vumatel 3 months ago and the only thing preventing us from utilising the fibre is Telkom who has to deliver a router. you can't buy the router from the stores and you can't get through to Telkom to find out where your router is!!!!
<p>I was billed an "Interim " amount on my water account for statement dated 10/05/2017 based on 50 000 ltrs o f water. We have NEVER used that much water! Our average usage is 25KL per month, so where does the council get the interim billing of 50KL???? When you try to contact EMM you cannot get through on the phones. You select the various options and then the phone just goes dead! How are we supposed to get this account sorted out when you can't even speak to anyone? Are we just supposed to pay this ridiculous account?????</p>
<p>I needed 6 months bank stamped Home loan & Bank account statements. There was a small queue, but i know from experience it normally goes slow. I stepped outside to obtain the bank statements from the ATM and hoped the queue would be shorter when I go inside again to get the Home loan statements. While I was at the ATM a consultant came from inside the bank and said she saw I left the line and asked if there was anything she could assist me with., She immediately took my ID and printed the Home loan statements quickly. I forgot to check the young lady's name....what could have been a wait of more than an hour was dealt with quickly..... thank you!!</p>
<p>I want to thank Heili at Greenstone branch for taking the time to try and resolve my query regarding my risk profile. We had no joy as she couldn't get hold of anyone at the card collections number ********** 011, but she tried her best and was friendly and helpful! Thank you Heili!</p>
<p>There is a risk 3 status on my profile and I cannot get finance as a result. I was told to go to a branch and check why that status is there. The consultant at Greenstone was very helpful. She called the Card collections department and I sat there waiting for almost an hour while she tried to call the number twice and both occassions held on forever, without the call being answered. I asked her to give me the number. I returned to the office and have tried for the last hour to get through, once again the call was not answered. How is one supposed to resolve issues on your account if you can't even get through to the people who are supposed to help you.????</p>
