I have been a loyal customer of multichoice(DSTV) for a very long time i can estimate more that 5/6 years. since last year June I have been struggling with the incompetence of dstv agents and the supervisors. there is Netflix account which is linked to my dstv account which is unknown to me and im getting billed for this account for past 1 and half years, I have had multiply contact with dstv agent without assistant till today, everytime I contact them the agent seem clueless of what im complaining about and they also say the matter will be escalated. I'm thinking the best option now its to just cancel this dstv products all together. recently I was told by the agent to subtract the Netflix subscription when im paying the dstv premium, yesterday(11 sept. ) I received a call from MBD attorneys saying my dstv account has been handed over to them cause im owing R399 like really
I have been calling the Dstv call agent from December 2022 till to date, trying to cancel the subscription that I did subscribe to. every time when I call, I always find a useless and clueless agent, they always promise to get their supervisor to call me but they never do. I'm still fighting this battle till today with no help iam even considerating cancelling this Dstv thing
I had a terrible experience with the quality of food , i have received at one of the franchises in pretoria central. firstly the order i got was incorrect, it was not what i had ordered. 2ndly the quality of the wings was worse( dry, stale and tasteless ). chips horrible.
<div>recently found out about this not so useful company which contradict most credit score company when i was in a process of applying for house bond. i don't know where they gather their information to come up with their scoring. i have tried to contact the company with no luck.</div>

<p>took my phone for repairs, 1st the waiting was very loooooooong 2nd the consultants know nothing and have no customer care. 3rd they dnt tell you the whole information up til you ask. have very bad experience. now i know why people use Iphone more than this stupid samsung phone </p>
I was in kfc trade route mall on the 22/02/16. I arrived at about 21h30 I in the que waiting to be served by the cashier for more than half an hour when I eventually got to the till point suddenly cashier disappeared and the gentleman called Mohammed took my order. I ordered a family treat 8 pieces with 3 sides. After waitng for another almost an hour I was told that the chicken is finshed . The sides I included on the meal was finished, chicken was finish and no one wanted to take a blame for it after me n my family was there for more than 2 hours I left the place without anythng. The supervisor named Sydney ddnt even take 1 minute to come to me as a customer and apologise for the poor management poor service and poor communication.<br>
On Tuesday I bought few items at jets by trade route mall. at the paying till the cashier firstly after scanning the items she told me that she takes cash only I asked why she never tell me before scanning the items she gave me the bad attitude and took my things to the other till point when she scanned and swipe my card at the card machine she said it was declined at the 1st swipe I told her that I got the sms saying the transaction went through she said no it ddnt go through and she swiped my debit card again and it went through again. I explained to her that the transaction went twice and I was double charged, she said the manager will call to reverse the one transaction and it will take 1 working day. yesterday got no response 17/02. today 18/2 went in to enquire by the jet store since I ddnt receive anythng but they gave me an attitude and still my money hasn't been returned to my account, when I explained it my last money they ddnt care at all. Please assist
