The very time you want to test the business integrity and honesty is when a client encounters a mechanical issue with the product delivered by a business and that case INFINITE AUTO GEZINA has distanced themselves from issues brought forward by the client yet they were very happy to take the money.
The consultant was a good listener and was able to fulfill my request
On the Saturday afternoon the 21st December 2024 I went shopping for bedding with my 3 children, we picked our favourite item and placed them in the trolley 🛒 and all was going well. Then when we were finally done we took elevator to go shop for a cellphone at 1st floor which I was not able to purchase because the safe was looked 30 minutes prior to the store closing time. I then proceeded to the tills to pay for my items and head home; all items were scanned and the was this 1 item which it’s barcode didn’t scan the cashier then asked that I pay for the other ones and wait for pricing/barcode as she could not pick it up on the system which I did. They called someone from Home department for intervention and I waited 20 minutes just for that and my kids were starting to get impatient. Eventually a lady called Seipati brought the product back with a price and it was scanned by a cashier I was informed i had to pay only 0.99cents by Ivy however she advised me to go pay at the next till and when I had to pay the price was 89,99 which was more than the 59,99 price I saw when I decided to buy the product. A store manager was called to come and assist it was a white lady I forgot her name she came there very furious the cashier explained the confusion to her and the first thing she told me was that SHE CANT LET ME BUY THE PRODUCT AND SEIPATI who barcoded the product will be in big trouble for this. I told her Seipati was only trying to help and that I want to buy the product but she rudely refused. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to assist me I am turned away without even an apology just a very angry mean woman who treat her staff poorly. I then left heartbroken and dissatisfied, when I got to the door I found THE STORE MANAGER at the closing the doors and I asked for her name which she gave me but because I was fuming from the bad treatment I forgot it. I went I ahead to tell her that I am going to report her at the head office and she continued with her rude remarks saying “ “ be my guest” and go ahead but you must know Seipati will be in bigger trouble”. The store manager was so cold and rude through she could see I had a trolley full which means I spend a fortune in the store. Can the head office take this manager to anger management classes and emotional intelligence classes because she was close to slapping me on my face while I had my 2 year old in my arms. I bought a voucher for 800 on the 27th May 2023 and I haven’t been able to use it even though I tried different garages, in the 2nd of June after other failed attempts I send a messenger for assistance as I need to use those funds I’m out of petrol.
I placed an online order with Makro Bloemfontein on the 11th August 2022, I received an email on the 16th August 2022 saying my order has been dispatched, I then received a tracking number which I tried tracking with no success I then called the courier company and they told me my order is still in store. I called and spoke to a number of consultants; Boitumelo, Thando , Bongi are the names I remember taking me from pillar to post , I went to Makro Germiston and the online department got hold of Gregory from Bloemfontein branch who promised to get back to me that was last week Friday I’m still waiting, I kept calling and my call got picked up and phone was placed aside. I want my refund now because they failed to deliver and it’s also a mission. I feel helpless I do not know if I should resort to the ombudsman or my lawyers
I placed an order from MrDfood and expected the order to be delivered at my door as always while I waited and waited to hear the knock it never happened. I ordered for R346 and my order was not delivered when I phoned to find out they say the driver could not get hold of me and he returned the ordered I asked if I can go fetch since they said I cannot get my money back they said NO meaning I bought food for the driver. And unfortunately it is not the first time I’m having issues with the MrDfood, last time I ordered mcfeast and they Instead delivered Big Macs. Mr Delivery take its customers for granted and their customer care is not helpful either. I feel my rights as a customer have been violated. I’ve never said something like this before but MR DELIVERY MUST BE SHUT!!!! It is failing to satisfy its customers and its bosses needs to go back and sit on the table about this its unacceptable
