I paid for a key in full, it's been more than a month and it's excuses after excuses, the 1st excuse was an employee broke his hand, after a few weeks and still no keys Tanja viljoen the Co owner gave me an excuse again but she forgot she already used the same excuse weeks before , so yet again another person who should set my key broke his hand also, she lies all the time and make excuses, she told me they don't do refunds after I asked for my money back, but I recieved nothing and have never even seen her or any employees so I'm not asking for a refund, she took my money and gave me no key or service so it's not technically a refund as I recieved nothing to return for a refund, in my opinion it's theft, I've been at their house but kids was send out to tell me to wait they are on their way, no body knew I was coming so I assume that message gets told to anyone who comes to their adress looking for Tanja viljoen, when I contacted tevv automove quote was send, banking details was send and payment was done, it looked like a trustworthy company, but it's lies after lies after lies, some days I called more than 25 times with no answer, the 1st day she started with the lies and not answering her phone her excuse a day later was that she forgot her cell phone at home, they only have that 1 number listed for the business but it's left at the house for a whole business day not communicating with any clients.
<p><br />Hallo</p> <p>After no response from anybody i had to call in and ask whats going on but should of been expected from a company like audi S.A. they are just as worthless than our post-office</p> <p>The guy who handled my complaint spoke to me never helping me anyway as audi sa think they can build and sell s**** to customers and if they need assistance with a full service history vehicle they can just sell the parts to the customer at cost and tell them they get 50% discount and the customer has to pay the labour also,what a joke from a company as big as audi and for them to assume all the customers are so stupid in thinking they get 50% discount but we are only getting cost price,audi doesn’t lose anything and they are not giving anything also they are just making money,we are not customers we are only seen as the next fool to fall for there adverti*****ts and nice pictures of good looking vehicles but not so reliable vehicles maybe they should visit a Toyota factory and get some tips on how to build a reliable vehicle</p> <p>After this i will never recommend anybody to buy a audi rather buy a bmw even if they have worse service they atleast sell reliable vehicles or even better go to Toyota ,the drive might not be so smooth but atleast you will be driving and not be paying for a vehicle standing at audi paarl that cant drive</p> <p>I hope that what happened to me will happen to audi employees vehicles also and hopefully audi will also tell them they get 50% discount which isn’t even discount its just the cost of the parts and that they pay for a vehicle that doesn’t drive and maybe then audi will review the policy on the”50%” discount and see that in certain cases that can not apply and that audi must take responsibility for fixing the vehicles</p> <p>In my eyes and hopefully millions more will see audi as a Chinese product as they get there parts from china and thats not something i make up i know they get parts from china and thats proven on the parts you buy from audi ,as made in china is stamped on with an audi badge,how funny is that,atleast it shows in the reliability also that its from china</p> <p>Please forward this email to Mr Paul Sansom and i hope he will reply and not do what all his employees did and just ignored the customer</p> <p>If i don’t get a response from him i will assume that this email wasn’t send to him as i don’t think he is the type of person who will ignore a customer who has a serious complaint and i will then post this on public pages until he sees this and reply to me</p>
<p>my audi has a full service history with audi dealer and was service at audi paarl the last 2 years and was also bought from audi paarl but just as the motorplan expired(it has +-105 000km on clock) the audi that has a full service history didnt start the 1 day,cambelt/chain tensioner is apparently damaged as per quote from audi paarl and will cost +-R50 000 to be repaired,all services has been done the car was well looked after and always serviced on time,audi paarl told me that they got approval from audi S.A to pay 50% of the parts but i have to pay the other 50% and the labour witch is a RIDICULOUS +-R17 000 but they said if im lucky and the valves didnt bend becuase of the tensioner on the timing chain it will only cost me +-R23 000,why should i pay for a car that was serviced at audi everytime and now has an engine problem witch failed because of maintenance not being done,the dealer principal of audi paarl said that the tensioner is not a part that has to be changed on certain kilometers and that its just my bad luck that it is damaged but i dont agree as i now found out about a few people who had problems the same as i have now and that its a fault from audi not servicing it or maybe they are putting chinese parts into audi vehicles and selling them as audi parts,i did not buy and audi to have a chinese vehicles problems.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />as the dealer principal said its just my bad luck it happened but we as customers dont buy vehicles from a well known german manufacturer who say they have this great vehicles to hope we dont get the bad luck of the tensioner breaking on +-105 00km and now sits with a bill of +- R35 000,why should we then service a vehicle and pay audi to look after your vehicle if this happens??i did send audi an email ********** on thursday 21 july 2016 with now reply yet,audi should repair my audi and i should be able to drive that vehicle for 300 to 400 000km before i should even think about touching the inside of the engine ,thats if they do give the customer the quality car we think we are getting when we buy an audi,lets see if audi stands by a customer when the quality of there vehicles are at question.</p>

i have 5 new datsuns 1.2 lux and the 1ste 1 must go for its 1st service(15000km) but Nissan in wonderboom say they cant service my Datsun they don't have the approval to service a plain old 1.2 3 cylinder vehicle,my business is in Pretoria-north and they say I must take vehicle to Nissan silverton but that is very far from me but there is a Nissan dealer just around the corner from me,my vehicles are being used every day and I cant afford a vehicle to stand as I lose money ,now i am forced to take vehicle 25+km away for servicing but there is a non approved dealer(Nissan wonderboom) just 5km from me<br> <br> I have 5 datsuns and wil soon be buying another 2 but if a knew what I know now I would off bought Toyota's as I can service them at any dealer,i need feedback as to why a customer needs to have this problem regarding the servicing of his vehicle's witch is under warranty and I bought a motorplan with all my Datsun's<br> <br> its plain datsun's not a Nissan gtr to be serviced
my contract with Telkom mobile has expired 2015 oktober and since December 2015 I have tried cancelling my contract with them,its been 4month almost to try and get this resolved but they have incompentent people working there who get a salary for doing nothing,when you call customer service there is no customer service<br> <br> ref number 17266397(closed because they cant get hold of me but the contract phone is on there network that's the reason for cancelling or the person is to lazy to call client and just closes the case and put an invalid reason)<br> 17383921(closed same reason as above)<br> new case I just received 19/03/2016 at 16:20,the consultant said it wil take up to 20days for cancellation,but I asked for cancellation 4months ago)<br> <br> I hope the person responsible to sort out the complains on hello peter for Telkom atleast do there work and wont give me the same answer as the rest<br> <br> im fed up and wil never recommend Telkom to anybody else even my landline at my office was down for 3weeks,no internet no calls coming in or out,it cost me thousands to get internet connection and a mobile(from Vodacom) to keep my business running<br> <br> I want my contract cancelled with Telkom mobile
i bought 5 Datsun's over the last 6months from Christine at star Nissan Vereeniging and I received only good service,vehicles was delivered very fast,the last Nissan was delivered within 2days from the time I asked for it.all of them was delivered at my office I didn't have to drive to them and be out of the office,the vehicles are being used everyday and 1 is soon to go for his 15000km service no problems at all,i would recommend star Nissan to anybody as I only received good service
