I need help. I have been flagged by FNB as having a judgment against my name that was removed in 2020. Despite the proof that the flagged judgment on my name was removed, FNB will not erase the flagged over my name. Credit bureaus have removed it, and other banks are able to help me with any product that I need except the bank I've been with for many years, FNB. Sadly, FNB is unable to assist me with that as I've been to the branch, and a private banking representative tried to assist me, but she was unable to remove that flag. Evening, Pineapple Insurance Company is receiving this email as a formal complaint. As a client, I feel that I have been treated unfairly. I submitted a claim in August and to this date, my phone still has the same repeated problems. This is the fourth time I have taken my phone back to the Device Doctor since it was fixed the first time. I am frustrated by the fact that I need a phone to approve documents because I am working from home. I am always without a phone when I am asked to bring back my phone. I have never been contacted by Pineapple for feedback after the phone was fixed. They are notified every time my phone is taken back, but they never follow up to see how I'm doing. After trying to get an update on when my phone will be returned numerous times, I was informed my phone came back with a cracked screen. I have never dropped my phone. The screen was fine when I handed it over. Now they are telling me to file another claim. They are now using this lie to get around their inability to fix the phone. I need assistance here. Regards
After being with this insurer a year, when I had a claim I was pleased with the way my claim was handled. After getting a new apple watch, I asked for assistance in removing the old watch and adding the new one. I have not received any assistance in this regard since today. As my policy hasn't been updated, I'm still paying for the old damaged watch. Despite my desire to add a car insurance policy to my existing policy, none of the employees could assist. I have been contacted by three agents who keep telling me they cannot help me because I already have a policy. They told me they would check with their supervisor and call me back but they never did. I would like to have my current policy updated and add a car insurance policy.

Good Day, I am writing this letter to lodge a formal complaint against your employee named Jeff at Woodmead Toys R Us Store. On Thursday 7 June 2018 I visited the store with the intention to collect my Vitality Baby Box but I had forgotten my discovery letter at work. Because I was in the store, I decided to check with them if it was possible to collect without the hard copy. The lady at till was willing to assist me but she was stopped by the gentlemen who was working next to her and said no, I need to have a printed hard copy and my Id copy. I thanked they I left the store because it was stated in the Discovery letter that it needs to be printed out. The name of this gentleman is Jeff if I remember correctly. To my surprise on Saturday the 9th of June 2018 , when I visited the store I handed over my documents and while I was waiting for the gentleman I spoke to on Thursday to bring the Vitality Baby box, the cashier asked me to step aside so she can assist other customers. The lady after me was also there to collect her Vitality Baby Box and she told the cashier that she did not print the letter. The Cashier then advised her to email them (the store) the discovery letter. When the gentleman returned with my box, I asked him why I was turned away on Thursday if there’s an option to email the Discovery letter to the store. I felt it was unfair, as I drove all the way from Pretoria after work and I was turned away. The Guys then became angry and very rude to me, he asked me who told me there was an option like that. I pointed at the lady next to me who was still being assisted emailing the letter. I told him that here's my proof next to me. I asked the cashier and she couldn’t answer. (I don’t blame her cos she was stopped on Thursday when she tried to assist me). What upset me the most is that: 1. He raised his voice me continuously asking me what is written in the letter? Who told me that the letter can be emailed to them. (While he's helping a lady who just emailed the letter and he was making copies for her) He raised his voice until other customers started looking at us. What hurts me the most is that he was not answering my question but disturbing me while I’m talking by asking me one question and he did not give a straight answer. 2. I told him I'm coming back to get clarity, he must finish helping the lady who was behind me, he responded by saying it's up to me, I can come back if I want. I browsed the store, and spoke to one of the staff members and telling them how I'm hurt and they told me that the guy is like that. he's very rude. 3. I went back to him, hoping he will give me an answer but instead he raised his voice on me when I asked him why is he shouting at me, he responded by saying that's how he speaks. 4. Someone came gave the guy the phone, and he left me standing and attended the phone without excusing himself. I waited for more than 10 minutes because after the call he started serving other customers. I felt so embarrassed and left the store. 5. What I can say the guy was rude. And as for raising his voice for other customers to hear. And other staff member did mention that he is very rude, they know him.
I was just informed by my medical aid company that I am registered under debt review by a company called Debt Cancelling Clinic (DC Clinic). I do not recall going through this process or I do not even know this company. Their numbers are not working.
We have been paying our subscription to Legalwise for almost 9 years. we recently requested help to resolve an issue with City of Johannesburg for cutting water unfairly when we have been paying them extra money every month for more than a year. We contacted LegalWise as our hope and Susan Daele is our Legal Counselor. It's almost a week and half now and this is not moving forward. She will will pop in every other day and request for some information (we will provide the info) and she will disappear with no acknowledgement of our emails . Even when we sent follow-up emails she will not respond. Mind you, we don't have water in the house. FILE REF-812414. Very Disappointed!
<p>I've cancelled my insurance long time aogo with MiWay, but discovered that they listed me on Credit bureau. I've never skipped my premiums when I was still with them. I contacted them more than once asking them to fix this and they always apologised and promised to remove me and get back to me. It's ben more than a year now. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>On the 23/03/2017 I went to CHECKERS GREY OWL MIDSTREAM and purchased Green peppers that were marked down, chicken breasts together with other stuff, but when I got home the peppers were rotten and chicken breasts were already off with a sell by date of 22/03/2017. Chicken breasts were smelling so bad i had to Wash them with Vinegar. I could not return the stuff because I stay 15km away. Please note that I have before purchased 1 liter Inkomazi that was already passed its shelf life at the same shop. I did not complain. How can checkers mark down food that is already off? and how can Checkers be so careless and sell expired food to their valuable customers? I have a till slip and photos to prove this.</p>
She tried to keep me as mi-way client and I was tempted to cancel my new policy just because of her friendliness. She was fare and reasonable
