We bought a block of flats and took over Bodacious as the metering company. It's over 2 months now with no payment from this company and Madaleen keeps insist she has paid into our account. I have requested proof of payments which she has sent till date. I am a bit worried that this company is going through financial crisis and the owner is not been upfront. Our tenants keep purchasing electricity from Bodacious and they don't remit this money to us
This is to state my total grievance with Sanrose auto. I took my car in for fixing on the 31st July 2023, I was at your workshop on the 10th to check the progress of my vehicle and to my greatest shock no work has been done on my vehicle despite the fact that I was informed that it will take at most 10 working days. The car is just sitting there with no work done on it not even stripping it. I currently don't have any courtesy vehicle on my insurance and it's costing me a lot to hire a car. I will appreciate if I can get my car fix ASAP not later than the 18th August
This company is a SCAM and stealing from people. I made a payment of R2000 for over a week now and my recipient has not received the money. They keep lying to me that the recipient account has a problem which I know for a fact that it's a lie because am also a signatory to the same account. I have asked for my money to be refunded with no success and they stopped communicating with me. I am really frustrated and wish this company can be closed in order to prevent them from ripping others.
Excellent service and great customer service
I have cancelled 2 accounts with Telkom over 3 months now and I am still waiting for my refunds with no success from Telkom. I have called severally with reference numbers yet my quiry hasn't been resolved. I think Telkom really don't want to pay my deposit.
I got a call from absa asking if I can start making payments towards the capital amount for my overdraft. I explained to the consultant that I can't afford such at the moment due to Covid 19 since am self employed. I have never defaulted in my monthly interest payments and now I got an sms stating that my overdraft will be cancelled and my account will be frozen. I truly don't understand how this is possible. I find this really disappointing and would appreciate if someone can contact me within the 10days given to resolve the issue
I have been on this case now for 4 months and your company has refused to pay my refund. I have tried different sources to resolve this but got no response from your company. THIS IS MY SECOND REPORT ON HELLOPETER AND YET NO HELP RENDERED TO ME<br> <br> I truly feel the only way out of this is exposure for company to the media on how people like me are been defrauded by your company.
I applied for a refund in November 2015 and was informed that it would take 30days at most to pay into my account. I have sent series of mails and only promises but no refunds. Am totally disappointed and feel this company is doing this on purpose. They seem to double charge customers with intention of not paying back.
