I have been trying to get someone to explain to me why my studies were suspended. Emails have been sent, I went onto their website and requested a callback and it's been TWO months, NOTHING. Not an email, not a phonecall NOTHING. I had one phone call before my studies were suspended asking when I would complete my last subject, which the lady confirmed I have till the end of 2025 to do so.
Absolutely shocking of what is happening with my account. I have been asking for my statement to see what is happening as it seems like my account does not decrease Now after my last email they all of a sudden changed my account from 13 months (which it never was) to a 6 months interest free account, which it always suppose to be. It's been months struggling to get statements to see what the hell is going on. Stay away from Edgers !!!! I have a suspicion that someone is buying on my account and they are trying to cover it up
Technical support are the worst, PLUS I cant get through to their lines department to release my line, in my LIFE never experienced such pathetic service
We got webafrica to be my Mother's ISP with fiber. We understand that timing of it (mid December) that not much will happen as fiber box still need to be installed but to follow up on the progress of it is an absolute NIGHTMARE. YOU CANNOT get through to them at all, and when you do they say it's the wrong department then gets put through to the "correct" department and then you hold on for over 15 minutes with no answer. Their WhatsApp number is so USELESS you choose the option want to use but it keeps popping up with the same menu stating to choose an option. Now we not even got internet yet, and this is the type of useless service we will check me to expect?
I have taken up a new ADSL with Telkom, but use another service provider for the data as well as taking over the Telkom Line itself. The process is for Telkom to put the "line" in a holding pool, which they did and after a month being in the holding pool, they went and cancelled the line WITHOUT me giving them the instructions to do so. My line has now been off for a week. It has now cost me R300 of airtime to try and sort out my line. Telkom is either off line or they just do not answer the phone and when they do answer and are online, they still can't help me. This is the reason so many people do not want to do business with Telkom. I need someone to contact me ASAP to get my line back on and let anther service provider take it over.
