Horrible experience, I pre arrange for an electrician to come out and assist me with light issues in my bar area and to help me hang a neon sign, the next week on the appointment they are hours late, they show up plot along for a couple of minutes and say there might be a light switch in the house that is why the lights are not working, then i have to help them figure out what switch it is, they did not do it by themselves, ok lights sorted. Now the neon sign, the sign has a standard usb plug, they were not able to either lay a cable for me or advise me on which adapters to use. The electrician said he will look into it over the weekend and come back to me. The next week , no word back from the electrician i get the bill 1,9K, absolutely **********, for doing no work. I log a complaint and the "manager" phones me to say that 1,6K is their standards call out fee, for what? driving from Cape Town. No please stay away, complete *******. PS i did a 10 min google search and found the right adaptot for R150 on Takealot.
I order some products, the website said the items were in stock and available for next day delivery. I also paid the extra R70 for next day delivery. I was at home the whole day on delivery day and no one showed up or called, after 17:00 i got an sms that said the package could not be delivered and that no one was available for delivery, its a lie, basically just stole R70 off me
I have had a horrible experience with Everwood, Initially I engaged Lorenzo to help restore my wooden windows and replace and restore a couple of wooden doors. He initially didn’t bother to even measure the wooden doors he was replacing and as a result ordered the wrong doors. After getting the wrong doors he then tried to smear them off on me saying extra planks could be attached to compensate for the wrong size. I refused and new doors had to be ordered. This caused a huge delay in my build which was costly for me. After the new doors arrived it was installed however after a couple of months the doors sagged and now can’t close properly. I phoned, texted and emailed Lorenzo multiple times, when we were in discussion, he told me he was busy on other projects in other areas and he would get back to me, it has now been more than three months and he hasn’t repaired my defective doors, he is now just completely ignoring any emails or messages I am sending him. I would not recommend anyone using Lorenzo and Everwood service as the workmanship is extremely bad and the no customer support or follow up after he gets paid.
Bad online service and delivery. I bought a product on June 7, i got a notification that the item was packed on June 7th and would be delivered same day. It is now June 13th and the item is still at the store waiting to be picked up by courier. No feedback from Makro received at all.
Its been 4 days since my move when my furniture had been damaged by their movers and no one have even called me back
Furniture got badly damaged during move, movers did not treat items with care.
Barend gave me free advice that saved me thousands in unnecessary work another contractor is trying to squeeze more money out of me. Thanks for the honesty and being ethical.
I ordered a product from Loot website, which they had on pre-order with delivery in August 2015, come delivery day the product was not delivered and instead i get an email stating that delivery date has been moved to 29 Feb 2016, come today, surpise! yeat again no product with no communication offered<br> <br> This product has been released internationally in May 2015 already yet i am still waiting
