Administrators of iStore don’t take clients any serious. I’m waiting for my administration fee refund. Submitted my banking details on 13th January and was told it will take 72 Hours for the money to reflect. It’s now 10 days waiting for my money and Sinongile *****ya since she went on leave and no feedback on my refund.
Standard bank is a trashy bank. Swiped my card money went out of my account but transaction declined on the suppliers side. Now i must wait up to two days for money to be reversed. This always happens but what is the banks doing for this to stop?
Pineapple is the ****tiest insurance company in South Africa. Their app based operation is pure trash and hope hope people will stat away from it. Makes me wonder how is their claim process. I can’t even speak to a consultant via call because they’re shoving the “we are app based” in my face. I regret fall For thus trashy insurance company.
I’m very disappointed with Miway. When we take car insurances the consultants explains that Credit short fall is to cover the gap amount. Funny enough on my claim for my vehicle that was declared a write off Miway didn’t settle the whole amount of the shortfall but just a certain percentage. How is this shortfall amount to be paid determined?
On the 02nd October I canceled my new vehicle insurance policy with Discovery insure as my vehicle was involved in an accident on the 30th September. They said I'll be refunded the premium and activation fee but on 21st October when I follow up no response was given from their finance department. Bunch of scammers. Please pay back my money.

Miway offered clients discounts on premiums for the lockdown. I was told the discount will apply in April but I never received any lockdown discount. Paid full premiums all lockdown months. When I enquire it's just we'll investigate. Leaving you soon.
Made an online purchase but must receive the order from my nearest branch. They told me they don't have stock I must wait another week. I tried to call the store after 2 weeks since the manager said she'll call me back. Worst shop ever. 1st order I was supposed to receive it on the 3rd June only got it after 3 days.
I have noticed that Miway is starting a bad trend of debiting clients accounts as they want. First they debited my account before the agreed date. Now they are debiting my two bank accounts for the same premium at the same time (they have my other account because I changed bank details but the old account stayed on their system). Now I'm receiving sms for no payments but premium was collected on my main bank account and they say it's system error?????? Is there no law that protects clients for companies that access bank accounts with no permission from the owner (they had no permission to access my secondary account) ???
Since I purchased a vehicle on the 11 December 2019 at Master Cars in Kimberley. The car disc has expired and the 21 days has also expired. Meaning if a traffic offer can stop me and see the disc has expired on 31 December 2019 I will be receiving a fine. And I don't think Volkswagen will pay for that fine. The salesperson said he is waiting for documents to be couriered to him. How long does all the process take for me to get a new number plate and license disc? I cannot drive around freely even.
