Thanks to Puseletso Manyanye for such a great service. After such a long back and forth with other consultants she resolved all my issues. What impressed me most was the follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was working perfectly
My father has been banking with Standard Bank for more than 20 years, now of recent the has been money withdrawn from his account without his knowledge. His bank card is with him yet someone is *****ing money of it. He has reported this many times in the branch in Motherwell Portelizabeth and they keep saying they are investigating and end up changing his bank card and his money not refunded by the ************* bank. This has happened on Saturday again where he saw money coming out from his account whilst he was at home and he called to have the account blocked, he was told to come and change his card. This is ridiculous behaviour especially for client that has been with you guys for over 20 years, please resolve this matter and refund him so he can change to a better and more safer bank because clearly your standards have dropped in caring for your clients. Woolworths online is the worst! Ordered on the 6 of July food items and non food items. I was only informed on the day that I will only recieve food items,and that I must go collect because they will not deliver. Mind you this was not advised to me when I was doing the order. I got an email that delivery for the other item would be on the 13th, today is the 16th and there has been no communication no delivery only money coming our of my account.

After waiting for an hour outside they finally call me inside and still make me wait as they are busy assisting someone who came in after me, it is so annoying to be waiting for more than an hour when theres not even much people!
On the 30th of March I went to the Durban north brach and was assisted by Ekshen an Indian guy, I was told to call the call centre, the call centre people told me i should fill in a form. But the guy who was assisting me told me he would log the case for me I dont have to fill in the form. I went to the branch yesterday and was given a simcard to call the call centre, and I saw Akshen he took my details and said he would call me back he didn't. Today I called the call centre I was told there was nothing logged and the consultant wasn't even supposed to have logged anything. He wasted my time and till now I haven't received my money. I was scammed
I went to the Capitec in gateway on Saturday the 7th of April, a consultant by the name of Ruwaida assisted me and told me to come back on Monday as they will need to verify with the hr at work for my loan to be approved but she will call me and inform me. Monday i waited whole day no call, after work at 17:30 i was there, after waiting for 10 minutes she saw to me and told me she tried calling 3 times but was unsuccessful so ill need to come back Tuesday. Tuesday came and a male consultant called me and told me to come through as they've confirmed with my employer, so i went there after work which i arrived at 17:40. He was so helpful and was so nice he even made me consider changing my primary bank the one i'm using to receive my salary to change it to be Capitec . He said i must come back Wednesday cause my statements need to be up-till the current date and so i went away. Wednesday i went there @17:40 i was there and the male consultant was on his way home as he had advised me previously, so he asked someone to call Ruwaida, she told them to tell me she is busy and its too late to assist me, I told them i have been coming here for more than 3 days and been sent away, when i was there Tuesday the male consultant told me he will be able to do the application in 20 minutes now this Ruwaida lady doesn't even have the guts to come tell me in my face she sends other people. I asked them to call her out, she came and explained how she is busy with paper work. I ,mean i'm a customer at Capitec , i come first for me to be treated that way its unacceptable. I'm NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO CAPITEC BANK! Worst service ever.
Worst bus ever to travel with. August 16 2015 i was travelling from Portelizabeth to Durban, i had a large suitecase with everything i own clothes shoes study books from unisa . Ilost everything. Even when i complkained they were of no assistance, i was told that they are not liable yet i had my sticker with me. Till this day i tell people not to use this bus.
on the 16 of August 2015 o was relocating from port Elizabeth to durban when I got to durban station all my luggage was gone. and the second driver of the bus responsible for watching the luggage wasn't there to check which was being taken or not. I spoke to the manager there and he sent an email to jouburg and there was no response. i asked for the emailing address for jouburg and the phone number of their head office, I spoke to a man named Lwando Norman and he said his gonna get back to me and he never did. I then went back to their offices in durban station and they gave me an e-mail address to e-mail a Christine, she then replied that they don't feel liable for my loss. but here I am I lost all my goods all my clothes and school books in their bus, then they say they are not liable. What was the whole point of them taking my luggage from me and putting stickers if they won't be liable for it.
