Body Corporate Kim needs to be re assessed.
I have been an owner of a unit in The William Lifestyle Estate for almost 11 years. In all this time I have not caused any issues or broke any rules or made complaints. This year was a bit different we had some serious issues with other residents and had to complain to body corporate. We would phone Kim or message her and she would say she would sort it out or she working on it or there is only so much she can do. My personal experience is everything we brought to her attention she never dealt with. Which became increasingly frustrating. She runs the estate in my opinion like a dictator. I told Kim a upstairs Neighbor entered my home when i was not there as we were renovating and the Neighbor was in a tiny nightie flirting with the tiler in the bathroom and looking through my things like she lived there… Kim came to my unit… did nothing but complain that I should tell people I have cameras inside my private home, and oh I have her full permission to phone the police to report the lady. I don’t need her permission, I have my own rights to phone police whenever I see fit. Next I told her about the neighbors who had no permission to have dogs and they had 2 barking all the time non stop day and night, it took 6 months for any resolution, Kim claimed the neighbors said my kids make the dogs bark while playing in our garden. Once again blaming us. To the point my children don’t even go outside anymore. Kim claimed she saw plane tickets for the one dog to fly to Ireland… that did not happen, as dog was still here weeks later. She seems to side with the wrong doers and not assist in any complaints. Then the young children in the complex from around 4 to 10 running around in groups screaming and kicking ***** and hitting cars with sticks making a lot of noise which a lot of tenants complained about, Kim said keep reporting and the parents will get R500 fine each time . As the rule is no children under 12 allowed to roam the complex without a parent. To this day, and it’s been over a year of this happening, it still happens and security have cameras in the street but see nothing. Then the Kids wrote on the dust in my cars back window very ****** words with smiley faces and wash me N…. I took pictures and sent them to Kim and said something must be done as this is very bad to ride around with such things written on back of car. I said I will put a camera inside my car to record and have proof. Once again, dictator Kim did nothing except tell me .. I am not allowed to record children it’s against the law. I said since she never can prove it’s them I have every right to have a car camera otherwise they would not sell such things. There is no other way to prove what’s happening. She did. Nothing about them writing on my car and they repeatedly wrote the same . When my son was almost 12 he walked from his fathers unit to mine next door and Kim stopped my child, intimidated him and said why is he walking around the estate unsupervised. How old are you…. He was 12, just walking to the very next door block. Not disturbing anyone . He said he was 12 and she told my son she does not believe him and she better not catch him outside again without supervision or we will get fined. Who does she think she is. Zero permission to even talk to my minor child without my presence , and still talk to him angrily like her did something .. She should be Stopped. Then I have a Neighbor upstairs who throws heavy objects on floor continuously throughout the night for as long as I can remember, eventually sick of this as it’s around midnight, 2am, 3and so on I sent a message to Kim to please maybe ask the owners to give 24 hour notice to do inspection as it sounds like she is knocking out bricks upstairs. I had a recording of the sounds and of me calling security all recorded. The Neighbor is smart and knows what she is doing, as she hears security vehicle come she stops making noise. They came, she was quiet, the security then complained to body corporate that I’m phoning regarding false reports of noise, even though I have the recording, Kim listened to it. Kim told me on the phone, not that I don’t believe you, but it’s probably a robot vacuum cleaner banging into things. I told her it’s not as it’s always different sounds even rolling gas bottles up down her unit. I was concerned for the tenant. Kim kept on making excuses as she always does and I told her I have to go to csos body corporate ombudsman as she never ever has done anything to resolve a issue, she out of nowhere starts saying I don’t like your tone, don’t talk to me like that, and I said , I’m talking in the same tone, what you talking about … then lost my cool and told her I’m reporting her as sick of her being utterly useless on every occasion and she should do her F job. I got very upset. She started screaming back and said don’t you ever speak to me like that and she would never help us. I recorded the whole conversation. She then knowing that my husband and I don’t stay in same unit as we have issues, and he was arrested at The William for spousal abuse , her knowing this very well, sends him a WhatsApp telling to call her asap as his wife is out of control. What is wrong with her. Literally thought she could try and cause marital problems. She is disturbed in my opinion to have gone that far. This complex in my opinion is Not a lifestyle estate. She locks all the taps outside our units cause she cought one tenant washing his car, so now everyone has to not have a working tap outside. They have lights around the complex which have water bottle as shades, the children’s jungle gym is rotten and when I went there last it had human fecal matter inside one of the tyre swings, but play at own risk. Nothing is kept to standard. The outdoor “gym”. Rusted, the punching bags all removed, every week there will be a water outage for burst pipes , Oh, and even with proof of the noise etc Kim from corp said she is fining me R500 for false report. I am taking this further as she gets away with too much and her little bit of authority that she thinks she has , has gone to her head. This complex has gone down very fast, not a happy vibrant lifestyle estate at all. I am taking this further, they need to invest how she runs this estate or not run it in my opinion. She herself moved out the estate as she has her own unit there too. Just says a lot . I have been a owner here almost 11 years with no complaints against me personally or caused any problems.

Edgars Red Square DAINFERN .... NO REFUND 3 WEEKS WAITING. PATHETIC
Returned two items 3 weeks AGO . They said account would be credited. Phoned 48 hours Later STILL no credit, but they took the goods back. Phoned after A WEEK still they "working" on it. Phoned after 2 weeks, they claim they escalated the issue. Its a simple refund on an account, not brain surgery. How can edgars service be THIS PATHETIC. REFUND MY ACCOUNT. you owe me money now. You have the goods back but refuse to refund. Im reporting this to consumer protection act and to omboetsman. JUST PATHETIC NO SERVICE

Thinc Clinic .... MORE LIKE THE JUDGMENTAL **** CLINIC
The Thinc Clinic in Rosebank has been a traumatic stressful year. Please see actual first message i sent them after my first appointment. Good day. I had my appointment at your clinic on 7th December 2023. Paid the R2017 for dr to look in my mouth. Dr said im a difficult case as i have auto immune desease and body would reject denture implants and that we would do a new top denture and fill two teeth. He said he would work out a treatment program for me and that he was open most of december and we would see him then. PROBLEM IS.. i was ushered to a desk to make payment, my little dsughter was with me ... they told me the amount and i sent her to fetch her daddy (my husband) to make payment, as i said that the male and female sitting behind the payment desk started laughing and saying eish... you kind of girls.. always want the mans to pay... WHAT DO THEY MEAN YOU KIND OF GIRLS. ARE THEY CALLING A 9 YEAR OLD INNOCENT CHILD A ********** i had to try and defend myself saying he is my husband and im sick and i look after my two children at home. And why i have to explain my life situation at all. Keep in mind my little daughter is 9. They kept on talking to each other in there language which already gave me red flag vibes of the place. My husband made payment and No one from Thinc Clinic ever bothered to contact me again. And just left me without having my teeth sorted. This is Extremely Unprofessional, and ************** against a client with auto immune desease,WHICH IS NOT BY CHOICE .. as "its a difficult case" dr's words. Where dentures would of been fine as thats what i been using for years. Please patients make smart decisions, and know that the Dentist, who claim to be highly skilled choose which clients they will help and litterally LIE and pretend to workout a program forward....which was super basic... but the Dentist will rather ghost the clients they dont want to waste there "so called skills" on. And the staff is just pathetic and over judgemental, without knowing the person they judging at all. This place was to date The most shocking service... its a circus. Thats the message i sent in. Then receiced back a message appologising and saying i must come back and i will see there best dentist and have a free head scan to work a way forward and no charge for the consultation as i had already paid and received zero service. DR T Moodley saw me, did a head scan spoke about implants which i was against as surgery is dangerous for me with my health issues , plus its safer and quicker for me to get a top denture. Dr looked said he could do half ***** blah bkah all implant talk. They really try to push the implants regardless if your body will reject it it or not. As thats the big moneg for them. I had to agree and say lets start on the denture and see how my health goes forward regarding implants as i just wanted some top teeth to smile again. This process took a very long time, even with me having to cancel a couple times for me or my children in hospital as we cant predict the future. Then came the impressions for my teeth, i have horrible gag reflex, which i think they found hillarious as each time, mind you they did this 3 seperate occassions which i begged for a different way forward as it made me pbysically sick. The dr always had a different colleague in the room listening to me gagging and choking close to vomit. But none of them worked on my teeth. Then the denture specialist who actually made the teeth, he was so insulting from the get go. First the wax mold teeth was made too narrow which deformed my face, so i showed him my real teeth in my id photo and said i have a big full smile so the hollow gaps on side looks aged and wrong. Then he said clearly im not smiling naturally. He said... oh you just want the teeth for aesthetic reason. Um no, i had no top teeth and just wanted a new denture that fit better than my last one i had for 4 years. And only in total cost R5000 all inclusive. Best teeth i ever had. Then he procedes to tell me while smirking did you know you have a *****ed nose, has anyone told you... whats with the body shaming. With him standing there stinking of cigarettes, next appointment with him there again i had previously chosen hollywood white teeth, when i got there they were a different shade, i asked why and he said oh come on Not with that complextion can you have hollywood white teeth. Whats wrong with my complextion. My last teeth were hollywood white. So now ive been through a lot, my 9 year old was in ICU diagnosed with T1D and was in ketoacidosos. My son had a tumor removed from his neck and my sarcoidosos came out of remission. Its been rough. So finally going to see the dentist just to get the teeth so long awaited, i put in the teeth, they were flopping around, painful on the pallet, dr moodley said just suck on the denture and it will stick, i did that and it sticks for a little then falls and flops around. I said thank you its fine as i just wanted to be done with this horrible place. I paid and left with teeth in mouth, on drive home teeth starting flopping around and got uncomfortable. Next day im sitting with big ulcers on one side of my mouth. Could not wear the dentures. These dentures are so thin acrylic plastic you can see through it. Very cheaply made, if it drops once its broken for sure. They painful and dont fit right. Then i check my invoice where i paid R17250 for a top denture, i was charged for 10 x infection control and 5 x for some other bogus charge. Infection control on what? Dr did not even look at my bottom teeth. Only 3x impressions, and a couple of trying on the wax denture. We did call and query, but no one obviously knows, we e mailed a query and 10 days later still no reply, we called them this morning as they had to look for the e mail to read and they said they will get back to us. JUST GOT A E MAIL STATING THE 15 EXTRA CHARGES WAS FOR GLOVES AND MASKS AND TO STERIliSE INSTRUMENTS, I have never seen charges from a doctor or dentist before to use clean equipment. Its a given. I am reporting them to the consumer protection act, as i did not get what i paid for and the teeth i got are useless and cheap and ill fitting. Caused me mouth sores and pain. Rather go to ANY other dentist .. Do not waste your time at the ****.. thinc clinic where everyone judges you and acts as though they so perfect. Maybe try doing a better service and change your attitude towards patients, and be more professional. If i could rate this place zero i would.

Game store Umhlanga durban DONT BUY ONLINE... TAKW MONEY AND DONT HAVE STOCK, THEN A WHILE WEEK LATER STILL. NO REFUND. .
Online shopped at game in Durban. Found a treadmill for my son's birthday for R9999.00 there wasb1 available. So I bought it. Days went by and no one e mailed me or thanked for purchase etc. I contacted game and they said, oh sorry we out of stick for the treadmill. They will check other branches. Then don't get back to me. Then they ask for a rating of there service.. what service. 7 days later... my son's birthday come and gone, no gift, and game still sitting with my money without refudning it. I have asked many times. I am reporting them to ***** department at my bank.

As like everyone else this **** idiotic lazy eneducsted **** hole has no basic education can't answer a phone, cannot write and whatsap back, is mute cannot talk. But is ******** as *****s parcels. It's a Chinese run business. I have looked into them. This is why shein and others won't use another delivery service. They have three parcels of mine and including tax on all three and parcels proce is over R13000 I will NOT BE LIKE OTHRRS AND JUST GIVE UP. I am opening a case against them for *****, and Theft. If I have to contact Hawks to investigate this **** of a **** hole I will. They need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN.... PERIOD!!! Burn it to the ground. Waste of space.

Worst pressurized unprofessional treatment from Dezray in beauty department
Went to Edgar's gateway to buy some lipstick. Two sales ladies tried to sell me some face machine which I declined. Then while looking for the make up a lady by the name Dezray very abruptly started trying to market and sell me the same machine I refused earlier. She put something on my hand and used a machine. I told her I can't use these machines as I'm auto immune and have to be clear of chemo before using such machines. She was very forceful saying it's super safe and she needs to make a big sale or her boss is going to scream at her and not pay as she only get commission per sale. She even in front of my two children and husband played a voice message left by her screaming boss to make f....ING sales and do whatever it takes . It was very shocking. So I said but the machine says for African ladies with dark skin. I'm a white lady. She said it's perfect for me and no side effects or anything. She piled a whole range of the full products on my lap and took a picture. I said what's this picture for . She said to show her boss her big sale. I said I have been shopping at Edgar's for about 30 years now and never been taken a picture with everything piled on my lap. It was all so over whelming. Desray was very brutal in her approach, and very forceful and desperate. She told me she does not have any friends and she only works for commission. She said most days does not have money for food and that she lives in a shack in a location with her 3 kids and her abusive husband and she is pregnant again and she has to give it away as she wants no more kids and can't afford it. I felt so shocked by all the information overload I said I could adopt the baby and give it a good life. I said I would make an appointment with my doctor for her at busamed or umhlanga private hospital. She said she has no friends and only works then has to rush home and be a slave. She said she must go with me to the counter to pay for the products, I said. I'm not going to ***** lol. she said no she needs to get her commission. So we ended up spending R3000 on products we did not want or need. She said she needs my phone number in case anything is wrong with Machine. So we exchanged. Maybe 2hours later she was blowing up my phone saying she is on lunch what am i doing, am I still in the mall. . I said I'm home. Next morning 8am Sunday she already sending good morning I messages. And what am I doing. , then a hour later she hounding me again saying she never took lunch to work and if I could come deliver some food for her. I said No as I'm on my way to friends in Balito. She said ok. Later again she asking what am I doing I said I'm still out.. Long story short, she contacted me again on Monday asking for a job. I got tired of all this as I don't know this lady at all. And it was favor after favor with her. I had to put a stop to it. So I told her the product she tested on my hand i had a reaction. And I have not used or opened anything and we returning it today. I said I felt pressured up to The point i felt ****med into Buying the products i was never intending to buy. She ended up calling me desperate for friends and that I'm bipolar. Which I find offenive and extremely rude. I had to let her know I'm contacting head office and reporting her. And she said go ahead. She was so rude and even said i have two personalities and that I don't have Cancer AS YET. Knowing my sister passed away January after her long battle with cancer. I have never been treated so rudely, she is very unprofessional and I shall stop purchasing from Edgar's. I don't need this extra stress and drama

Wig factory SA. FONT BUY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, BAD QUALITY PEOPLE
DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I wish I read the reviews. I ordered a 28 inch platinum blonde wig for my wedding. I paid R200 for express shipping. I ordered on 18th. Received wig after numerous e mails on 24th March. The wig came in yellow 613 color. Not platinum. The length 28 inches debatable. They used max 190g pony to sew into the wig. The lace top is so thin with very short hair all the way around. The wig cap on inside is black with blonde hair sewn on with black cotton. I have blonde hair! The hair is so thin if you put over your shoulder there is zero hair at back. Extremely 5hin and stringy. I've bought wigs for years due to chemo and thought I would give them a try, this is by far the worst experience. You can see the sewn tracks at back of wigs so clearly. For R4500 I expected better service and delivery was at the last minute. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IT LOOKS OILE THE *** WAS RUSHED AND QUICKLY SEWN IN A RUSH. Free gift BRAZILIAN MIRICLE TREATMENT FOR CURLS. I BOUGHT A STRAIGHT WIG. I HAVE STRAIGHT HAIR HA HA HA ... YOU CANT MAME THIS STUFF UP.

DO NOT SHOP AT FRUUGO... YOU WONT GET YOUR GOODS. EVER
Be Careful when shopping at Fruugo. They quickly take your online order and payment and then you wait and wait and wait. Then a month goes by and you get q e mail stating there was a error with your delivery and you never end up with your parcel. As two weeks after that you keep e mailing and emailing only to get the automated response the supplier will contact you in 48 hours .. and that never happens. So there is no official help from a real person. You end up paying and receive nothing. So they basically steal your money. And then out 9f the blue.... they e mail me and say how would I rate shopping with fruugo... are you kidding me. Of course a Zero. All of this and still no package. And when I track the package it still says from the 17th and nothing has moved since then. And they have my address. And phone number. I'm reachable. But No. I'm so sick of these online places who take no responsibility when the order goes wrong.. but they keep your money. I'm busy opening a case of fraud against fruugo with my bank. Just sticking.. no care .. horrible disgusting "business" or better said.. scam

Abandoned 5 year old toddler for hours on own
was manipulated to send my child to this ladies creche, Carol who preys on parents and kids at spur restaurants, eventually gave in, I have a sickly child hirshrpungs desease and allergies, so I was doing homeschooling which Carol made out like im not doing the right thing, and her facility would take better care of him and make friends, etc, only up to 10 kiddies at a time, so I sent my 5 year old toddler there, there was no kiddies at all, empty cresche, he played with himself and her mange dogs, with bleeding ears, she went off to her other job, corporate clothing and marketing etc, in her car, and her maid made my child walk in street to another location left him at a restaurant and went back to plot, he was crying profusely for hours until another mother came and consoled him and went looking for his caregiver inside and outside not finding anyone she refused to just leave him there and sat with him till the maid finally came back and made him walk all the way back to the plot, no food, juice nothing, his meals I packed they left in bag not put in fridge and gave him nothing packed for the whole day.... CHILD ABANDONEMENT, im busy with lawyers to bring criminal charges ...
