Syntech had money being deducted from my husband's account between July 2019 untill April 2020. According to them it will not possible to get bank statements for that period. I lnow for sure that they will be able to. R9700 in total is definetly not small change. My husband didn't sign any debit order, nor did he give permission to have money deducted from his account. We want Syntech to refund us the money that was taken from my husband's account. I am awaiting for a reply from Syntech with a satisfactory answer
My husband had an account with Bidvest Bank. In 2021, we closed the account, as the closest branch to us was almost 100 kms away. In last week, we needed some bank statements, which was sent to us promptly. We went through the statements, found what we were looking for, but we also picked up an amount we didn't know for what it was. I sent an e mal to the guy who sent us the statements, and he told me that it is for a company call Syntech. Thr amount that went off my husband's account was for R970, and only for 10 months, then it stopped. According to Bidvest's consultant, it was a online debit order. My husband never signed anything, nor did he gave permission to have money deducted from his account for that amount. I called Syntech company, they pull shoulders, saying they can't go back so far (2019) on their bank statements, but I know they can. I need an answer from Bidvest, as to how we can get that money back, because the consultant told me it is not possible, as the account was closed. Surely that R9700 can be transferred to my husband's new account? R9700 is not small change. I am awaiting a response from Bidvest please
Pathetic online service and call centre. Placed an order 24/2. Received 1 item on 1 March. Still waiting for the other item. Being sent from pillar to post, and NOBODY can tell me when I will receive my outstanding item
Since Wednesday we're struggling with Capitec's cellphone app. It is 99 % of the day "unavailable". This is só frustrating, as it is month end, and we need to do payments.
Keep calling Hertz, but they just don't get back to us
After head office contacted me, I am happy to say that my query/problem was sorted out, and that I am happy now. Thank you
After 3 years, the base and mattress that I bought from Dial a bed, broke, (the base), and the mattress is sagging. Dial a bed wants me to pay ridiculously high prices to have the set replaced, and I am not willing to pay these prices. They ignore my e-mails, and my child sleeps on the floor.
