vodacom is no longer the company it used to be ,from January 2026 up to now complaining about one thing with no result ,they have also blocked my me because I can't phone their customer service ,a week ago one of their reps Lester Daniel's phoned me and promised to investigate the issue but never came back ,I was refunded R300 and third party services were blocked and I even received confirmation about it but still R170 was taken from my account realizing that I was blocked to phone vodacom customer services ,I went to vodashop in wonderpark ,They manage to phone vodacom customer care i was assisted by Kamogelo who promised to call Lester Daniel's but I didn't get a response for two weeks ,On 22 February 2026 again R200 was taken from my account ,I am frustrated by the whole situation yet vodacom is paid R2680 from bank .How can I solve this problem ,I am having 4 contracts with vodacom for more than 30yrs I going to cancel all of them ,this company is useless my main number is 0828596373 is the one that is affected most
I have been struggling to get my refund because vodacom says it Google play who is taking my airtime from my account with vodacom .On the 7Feb 2026 a lady from vodacom phone me and propose to me that I accept R400 for both numbers that were de*****ed and accepted .She blocked all third-party services from my accounts (0828596373 and 0662003091).,but to my surprise after two days R150 was taken from my 0828596373 same old story Google play .I phoned vodacom again the ref was generated and sent to ads technical for perusal and yesterday I received a message that is closed without talking me or refund my money .I phone customer service ,I was told that the supervisor will phone me even up to now nobody has contacted me.
I have been struggling with vodacom about the dissappearing airtime from both numbers 0828596373 and 0662003091when I inquire about it ,I was told that Google play is the one that took my airtime for both numbers which amount R900 .I checked with them as to whether I did subscribe to them but there is no service on my account or my phones ,They did promise to investigate this matter but to my supprise I received notification that matter is close and refunded me only R175 from the total amount Of R600 and on the other number so far nothing was refunded
This company is ****ming us about this thing of dents when returns the car.,l will not hire a car from them,I was charged R4169 for dent that I didn't caused. They didn't send me an invoice but threatening sms,This branch in Montana and this is how they are operating nationwide, their modus operandi is the same ,I managed to rent two cars from them for the first one on return they just went straight to the dent because it was there before, but the second one it took them less than 5 minutes to inspect because they have already recovered money from the first car
They can not repair their water meter for the past 5days even now the water is running across the street and what will hear is that they are coming but they did not come and water is wasted.The lbad part is that I don't have water in my yard because of this problem, My councilor Ms Sipo Mthakathi can not help me and now she is avoiding my calls
Last year 2022 May i was admitted in hospital and i was given crutches by this company at a cost of R800 medical aid paid only R200 hence my funds were depleted, I apply for PMB from my medical aid and it was approved but they fail to pay service providers in time, Apart from this short comings i contacted them to make arrangement to pay while i still waiting for medical aid. I February this year i manage to pay R100 as agreed but i fail to keep up with this because i have to pay other Doctors more than R10 800,00. i phoned in March again to make another arrangement to pay the balance off R500 in june with my bonus but the lady who was helping me was so rude and threatened to handover the account to their lawyer's Indeed the account was handed over i was told by lawyers. Even today 23 may i phone them about this and she promise that she will phone the law firm and she will come back to me, to my surprise i received a call from the black lady from the law firm saying i should make payment to them. The company or the employees of this company are very rude toward black clients
I was suppose to be refunded .I did receive confirmation from them by the post way back in September 2022 and I thought maybe they will refund me through salary (paysal)but it was not there,And I phone them around first week o f November and I was told that they couldn't refund me because I didn't verify my account number I was furious about that because when they send the letter they did not specify that, I was told to wait for 14 days,On the 15th November I phone in because I didn't get my payment as promised I given this ref151122Q7H44T and I was told about 14days meaning that on the 8th December payment will be in my account but it wasn't. On the 9th December i phone them yet again they are still bizy I have to wait again for 14days .I request to talk to the supervisor. Nicole is the supervisor who told me to wait and I refused and she said to me that someone will call after been on call for 1 hour wasting my airtime even now I still waiting for gems call
On the 25 March they were supposed to deliver my vitamins but didn't, I try to contact them but they will investigate, I have since called them thrice and still waiting for them
Their services are now very bad,e.g you have to pay towing service, home assistance is now restricted to amount (3000) not 3 callout as previously allocated, their app is a mess, you'll request a call back you'll wait for ever they won't call you back ,they over charge me and they promise credit my account but they didn't
