How on earth to you allow **** / counterfeit pop up stores in your mall?! Beautessa selling **** Rhodes products!
**** Rhodes products. *****ing from people who work hard for their money! @MallofAfrica has some answering to do too!
Only partial delivery of order. Unhelpful when conversing with the receiver !! Don’t recommend Netflorist. Expensive and poor approach to customer service. Completely inflexible!
I purchased a shirt at Mr Price at Mall of the South and two transactions came off my account !! This is theft and I want a refund.
Virgin Active Edenglen - we have had two phones ****** in the space of 16 months from lockers in the mens bathroom!! This is unacceptable!! I expect a full investigation and report - I expect you to view all video footage and actually make a effort to stop the ******* on your premises! You are also responsible and can't help but think there is an inside syndicate and someone in your organisation is benefiting!! Fix this!!
I would like to compliment Innocentia on your ***** line. We phoned this evening is desperation, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human when phoning 135. Innocentia was nothing short of an angel! She was patient and understanding and has the most incredible personality! She truly went above and beyond!! She is an asset to your team and needs to be appreciated!! Thank you Innocentia, so so much! We were incredibly lucky to reach Innocentia the 2nd time we tried - the first agent we reached basically told us 'it's not my job' and would not help - perhaps go and find that call and play them the call with Innocentia so they can learn what try customer service is all about! MTN please have a more use friendly number where we can speak to humans (during and after hours - 135 is a ******* set up!)
I can tell from the endless Hello Peter reviews that Builders Warehouse don’t give a flying continental about customers. I guess having a monopoly as a giant corporate they probably don’t feel like they need to. What a shame! The state of South Africa’s economy is obviously not solely due to poor Country Governance but due to ‘big corporates’ who don’t care about customer service. Quick to take your money but no interest in providing customer service or more importantly the product ordered. Online order placed on 18 November and as of today, 21 December, still no delivery and zero communication. Email turnaround states 48 hours (unacceptable!) or you are prompted to phone the call center for urgent assistance - this proved to be useless as the call agents can’t help either! It’s Christmas. The purchase I made is a Christmas gift for my 77 year old father at a cost of ~R14,500, which currently we’re out of pocket. What a truly sad state of affairs. Builders Warehouse Management - I hope you are hanging your heads in shame - somehow I doubt it.
We have been emailing Standard Bank Insurance since the 14th of October regarding a claim for damage from the storm on the 9th of October. Eventually we received a call on the 10th of November after sending several emails. It is impossible to get through telephonically. We were given a reference number and were asked to send through the photos and invoice again which we did immediately and since have heard NOTHING!!! To all consumers, I highly recommend you look elsewhere if looking for an insurance product. My next step will be to report SIL to the Ombudsman!
It is a big decision for Matriculants to make on what to study after school. Sometimes these decisions don't work out and it becomes very traumatic when one joins an institution like Hydro International College. Our experience with them has been less than pleasant. Inferior products sold to students at a cost three times their value. It is an environment my niece and many of her fellow students do NOT enjoy and the Owner / Management do not care. We understand that terms and conditions exist (although these are not shown to you when signing up REMEMBER TO ASK FOR A COPY) and the T&C's state no refund HOWEVER the College Management are not willing to discuss even a partial refund although the student only stayed for 3 weeks. This institution in our experience and opinion is not honest. It doesn't have the students best interest at heart. Their passion does not lie in education but rather how much money they can make! Whilst I understand it's a business, in an environment such as this there needs to be more compassion, understanding and better communication. My advise would be to look for alternatives to this institution. Perhaps one with more integrity.
