I cannot find a Tyme Bank kiosk anywhere that works. Even when using the findf a kiosk tool, none of the listed places have a working kiosk. How am I supposed to get a new card? How am I supposed to bank like this?
I have a new phone number. The previous owner of the number has this company phoning looking for them in excess of 3 times per day. I have told them that the number no longer belongs to this person but they keep calling. They sent me a number unlink link, but the form wants my ID number and I do not trust this company. PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE
My father passed out last night, hitting his head in the fall. An ambulance was called to assist, but when we got to the hospital we were told that the hospital was not part of their network on their hospital plan. The paramedic phoned Bestmed and was given the hospitals that are in network, and was told that we had to pay for the emergency room fees, Dr's, medicine, and everything else that is done from the emergency room. We were told ARWYP is not part of the network even though this shows differently on Bestmeds online information. Surely as an emergency, the emergency vi8sit and ambulance etc should be covered? Bestmed was not helpful at all. What is the point of a hospital plan if they do not cover emergencies?
Each time I collect my chronic medication, the full cost of the medication is deducted from my Discovery bank account, and then I receive a claims statement saying that Discovery paid the provider. I did not give authorisation for Health pay to deduct money from my Discovery account. My premiums come off my Tyme bank account. I can now not keep funds in my Discovery bank account as recovering the amount is impossible. Discovery has still not responded to my complaints. I would like to close my Discovery bank account please.

After qualifying for a contract upgrade in December 2021, the upgrade was successfully completed and submitted with no delivery of the device today March 2022 as yet. After multiple calls to the helpdesk number provided, no feedback or assistance has been offered by MRPMobile, although I have received multiple "DebiCheck" request to approve the new contract amount requests and have had to pay the new balance for this time.
