I bought a 21 piece bucket from Eldoradopark KFC today with order nr 351. Upon arrival at home I found that I was given only 17 pieces. I phoned Ricky and, he not only gave me the missing 5 pieces but also a large chips as an apology. Thanks Ricky for handling the matter so amicably. Will definitely visit KFC in future for my favourite chicken
If you're looking for fairness and honesty from the principal SV Plessis from Newgen academy, keep looking. My son appeared before her on 2nd March 2020 and 9th March 2020 and was found guilty. No surprise there. I appealed the hearing on 10 March 2020. After a period of nearly 6 months the principle replied to my appeal on 7th August 2020 claiming the covid pandemic as the delay. How disgusting is that from a so called professional. My attorney sent 4 letters to her in order to challenge her finding. The principle chose to ignore these letters, tucked her tail between her legs and headed for the hills. Is this how you deal with school affairs. Was this perhaps the best advise you got from your attorney who couldn't even spell disciplinary or aggravating to save his life. But then again quality is often compromised when one chooses the cheapest of options. SV Plessis, you and your equally cunning conveyancing attorney have opted to win this hearing with deception and dishonesty rather then lose it on integrity and truthfulness. And yes I can prove your deception SV Plessis. Proverbs 18:17

Experienced such useless service at shoprite, freedompark, devland. The cashier at till nr 3 was arrogant and unprofessional. Also had to bag my own groceries and whilst busy packing she served other customers over me and alk groceries mixed up. Very unorofessional and totally useless service

I have sent emails to both Kiara and Vusi to assist me but they seem to be to quick to reply without reading or investigating the matter. Imade a query on a mahindra scorpio and the email was under reference 1F4-222A6CEB-0237 Can anyone please assist me as the customer service agents yields no results at all.
<p>Went to pay for goods purchased at the "10 items or less" isle and was called to cashier nr 14. The lady didnt greet and just said shoppers card. I had to ask for plastics and she threw them ontop of the items. I had to pack it myself and whilst still busy packing she called another causing a pile up with his goods as well. This lady must hate her job and is kow causingba bad rep on pick amd pay. Wont visit soon</p> <p> </p>
<p>I used the autotrader vehicle check on 1 April and duly paid my R99 per credit card. I used the number plate option. I was then emailed back lesego and told to provided proof of payment which I did. She then again emailed back and asked for the vin nr. I told her I dont have the vin nr hence I used the nr plate option. I told her to cancel the whole as its now very inconvenient. She then emailed me and told me to fill in a form, attach a copy of my bank statement and then I should wait two weeks. Why all this red tape when I paid you instantly. I opted to write of the R99 as a bad experience with autotrader then to deal with their useless service again</p>
Approximately 15 months ago I purchased a Telefunken 49 inch FHD tv from Game Trade route mall on special for R4999. The TV had a warranty for only 12 months. Two months after the warranty expired the Tv screen went all black and never came on again apart from the little standby red light at the bottom of the screen.<br> <br> I took the TV to Game, Trade route mall Lenasia on 23 January 2016 and it was duly booked in under repair nr 10758. After approximately 6 weeks I was phoned by Game to advise me that they cannot have the TV repaired as the supplier has no parts to repair the product and was informed that the TV will be returned unrepaired. On 14 March 2016 I received an sms to come and collect the unrepaired item at Game, Trade route mall.<br> <br> As a customer I opted to by this product, a Telefunken TLEDD 49 INCH FHD in good faith but have instead been sold a lemon.<br> Today 20 March 2016 I went to collect the TV. To my dismay, on the discharge slip this TV model is marked as unlisted/discontinued/ no supplier.<br> <br> Why is Game still selling these crappy products to unsuspecting customers when they can't even honour after sales repairs?<br> <br> Im utterly disgusted that I have to now sit with this crap
