My 7 year old son hit a hole in his head. We rushed him to Meta-Clinic where we were greeted by a nurse who took us to a back room to have a look. I was holding my son in my arms and was told that his injury is not deemed an emergency and that I have to come back 3 hours later on the doctors next available time. I understand that it was busy and the doctor was not available, what was not appreciated is that the nurse never even looked at the wound or asked any important questions. She didn't tell us what to look out for should he possibly have a concussion. We were sent on our way with no assistance. We then rushed to St Georges Hospital where we were greeted by the nurses and informed that they too have a very long waiting period. They at least took the time to ensure my son was alright and gave us information on what to look out for if he has a possible concussion and what to do should he show symptoms. Even though they could not help immediately they atleast took the time to help us make informed decisions. I feel that the staff at Meta-Clinic should have at least taken a minute to give us information and not just send us away in the manner they did. They could have handled the situation in a more professional manner. I have lost confidence in the staff due to them not even making an effort. The doctors are great though and assisted us even if it was 3 hours after the incident happened. Not the first place I will go to in the future again...
My car broke down 4 hours from my home. I logged a request with Miway and they responded very fast with all the information we needed at the time. We received numerous calls from them to ensure we are alight and they assisted us in getting a towtruck to our location within the hour. We were assisyed by Haniph Nkuna and Ndodana Mondi. I would like to praise them for their efficient and friendly service provided.
I needed a hospital authorization, so I mailed admissions and Brave Nyirenda assisted me. He was very friendly and listened to what I was asking. He asked me to send the quotations through to him and he gave me a call back as soon as he received them confirming that he will be sending the authorization code through within the next few minutes. I hardly put the phone down and I received the email. I am very impressed that I received such a quick response and solution to what I needed done. Brave gives great service and assists with a smile. Will work with him any day.
Worst and most unprofessional service I ever received. I had an appointment for 12:45 and when I got there it was super busy. No issue. I paid and took a seat waiting my turn. On the fly I heard the reception say dr is running late, no issue, I patiently keep waiting. An hour goes by and still no help. An hour and a half later, after all the patients have been helped I ask for the first time where he is and am told he'll help me shortly. Finally he comes out and says he has another appointment. Now I'm confused as I booked an appointment with him and paid. I asked him when he will see me, while trying to explain to him what has transpired, and he shrugged his shoulders at me, very annoyed telling me that it happens, I'll have to wait another 30 mins or longer. Shocked at his response I ask for my money back and the receptionist rolls her eyes at me amd asks me if I am serious. I was nothing but nice and to be treated in this manner is completely unprofessional. I expected more from a specialist but he obviously didn't need my money as he clearly didn't have the time to spare to honour his appointment.
<p>We used key moves to move us 1400 km. They were extremely professional and curtious towrd us and did everything they said they would. The truck came on time and they offloaded very fast. Not one single scratch on any of my furniture. I truly am very impressed with them! Won't use any other company to move us and will recomment them to everyone!! Wel done key moves on building great customer relationships and trust. </p>
I needed details amended for my policy and emailed what I need to be done. I received and answer in under 10 minutes from Annemarie saying that the changes have been made as requested. Her email was very friendly and response time impeccable. I am very impressed with her service.
