Telkom are nothing but ******, I have been struggling with my invoices for the last 3 months, the cancelled my fibre service without informing me but still charging me… i have been paying my account consistently suddenly I saw debits on the statement the sent to me, once I enquired the credited my account and I did not have to pay as I had credit.. The credit balance is now exhausted not the tell me that they had incorrect passed those entries and my account is in arrears.. My account with them is R1159 for the flex on 10 deal… I spoke to Gugulethu Jokia @ 16:47 and she could only tell me that she cannot assist as she didn’t know how those entries were made.
I submitted a claim 3825196 for the washing machine, an assessor was a day and half later, He came an check the control unit of the machine while I reported the intake valance, he didn’t bother to check if it was faulty… after his assessment he informed me that they will send people to come pick it up for formal assessment, I contacted discover 3 days later as someone had not collected the machine then I was told that my was referred for other assessment. I was then told to complete a consent form which I did.. days passed the i got a call from discovery to tell me that they do not cover wear and tear… I ask how did they come to the conclusion if they didn’t even assess the problem they could not answer… I had waited for the formal letter of my rejection until today I have received so that I can challenge the outcome… Very unprofessional from discovery but they collect their premiums monthly without any problem.
Very bad because I was promised cash back after 4 years but it was cancelled I do not know by who
I had a debit order for my contract unpaid, my services were suspended, I then made a full invoice payment of R1714 on the 7th but until today I’m still unable to use my lines. I contacted Telkom twice a day since Sunday with consultations confirming that my payments was received and the services will be restored after 5 hours but nothing has happened until today. I’m unable to make call or use WhatsApp… this is a terrible experience I wouldn’t refer anyone to this company
Good day, I had an armed response service with FIDELITY ADT BLOEMFONTEIN, i received a horrible service throughout, in April 2022 but the never stopped debiting my account until today, what kind of crooks are these. The branch in Bloemfontein keep sending SMSes for overdue account. I struggle to get hold of contact persons Irene Bezudenhout and Dora.
I have been calling for months trying to claim my money back on my existing polocies but the consultants keeps on saying that it has been loaded but 8m not getting anything back... This is worse service ever, why was I promised something that they cannot do... VERY BAD SERVICE... PEOPLE MUST JUST STAY AWAY FROM HOLLARD
