Not good we have constant problems lately with Vumatel, I have to book calls weekly with telkom that we don't have any internet connection.
When you do a return request you receive a email that states your parcel will be collected within 48 to 72 hours. I did my return request on the 4th of December and nobody came to collect my parcel. The last time it took 3 weeks before they collected my parcel. The longer they take the longer you have to wait for your refund. Return request 34001427488.
This is not the first time I have a problem with Ram couriers my adress clearly states Mokopane town but they always try to deliver in Polokwane, delaying my order to be delivered
U received a bill from Mogalakwena Municipality for October 2024 with wrong meter reading previous Month was 8001 new reading on bill 8310 we loaded correct reading on my meters as 8060 they charge me R17 908.03 for water. I went to the Municipality in October but they still hasn't correct the account. Account 0002598326. We need them to credit account with the difference charged.
I logged a return on 23 August and 6 September after sending about 5 emails why my parcels was not picked up they arranged for courier to pick my parcels up. It was eventually collected on the 20th September. I am still waiting for them to confirm if my parcels was received as it still takes another 3 to 5 working days for them to refund me. Hi my Mother is 78 she has been struggling with telkom for awhile to arrange for a debit order for her landline number 015-4917793 she took bank statements. They still haven't done it and keep on blocking her line and expect her to go to checkers every time to do a payment before they unblock her line.
We have been struggling for a Month with telkom to get our business telephone sorted i send a email nobody respond then I phoned them they told me they will send a technical a week later and still waiting for a technician they gave me a reference number 298BTK120723
I went to Vodacom in Mokopane and was assisted by Terence I told him I want to change my daughter's contract to my Husband's account. He told me to do the upgrade first, immediately after that he will send the change of ownership papers and bank statements for her contract to be moved. I just received a statement and see the contract is still on mine. I need this to be sorted I told him I'm on pension and can't afford to pay for her contract anymore
This is the third time that i ordered online and every time they messed up my delivery address and delay my order. My latest order is Ref:PAN000027102 I was informed it was delivered and i did not receive it
I rent a car on the 17th of January 2023 from Avis they placed a hold on my account for R2 835.35. i was informed that the funds will be released when i return the car. The car was returned on the 27th of January 2023 but the funds is still on a hold. I send a email to Avis two weeks ago i even went to the bank to see if they can help me but no luck. Rental agreement 896436122.
