Turek Music Technologies - terrible way to end a long-time relationship - misplaced studio monitor
I have been a customer of this shop for over 20 years, but the service I got recently left me in shock. I physically dropped a studio monitor for repairs. I got a quote of R700 on 26 February 2026. I made payment the following day on 27 February 2026 and emailed Mark Williams proof of payment. I asked him to have the speaker ready and let me know so that I will send courier to collect. This was a standard communication ever since I dropped the speaker for repairs. I did not receive a call to say the speaker is ready for collection. A week later I called the shop so that I can sent for collection only to be told that the speaker was collected by Uber. I called Mark to understand what was going on, he told me someone came to collect the speaker at the shop. I requested to see the collection documents, IDs or car registration numbers, but none was available. They don't have proof of collection. I called the owner Mr Peter Tuerk to ask him to investigate the matter. He promised to check with his team. I waited for 2 days to follow up on the progress. He told me they claimed that I sent an Uber to collect and that they acted on my instruction. I find this explanation perplexing. As an internal control there was supposed to be proof of identification or at least a call from the store to confirm with me before releasing the speaker. This is a stand CPA procedure.

HARRASMENT by Nimble Debt Collectors
I am getting calls each day on my cell phone for the debt of someone else. I have politely asked their bots and agents to remove my contact details from their database, but it seems this is not helping. This is HARRASMENT and encroachment on my right to privacy. I don't owe any of their customers any money.

FNB Card Not taking customers seriously - Not responding to a card dispute since 23 December 2021
I lodged a card dispute on 28 November 2022 with ***. Auto reply: Please be advised that we will respond to your request within the next five (5) business days. On 8 December 2021 FNB responded but referenced an incorrect transaction. I notified FNB immediately that the transaction they were referring to was incorrect. On 9 December 2021 FNB responded with the correct details and requested the latest information concerning a request for a refund. I responded with the requested information and indicated that the merchant is no longer responding to emails. On 10 December 2021 FNB requested the same information I sent on the 9th of December 2021. I responded indicating that the correspondence I had emailed them is the last. On 14 December 2021, I emailed a follow-up email requesting an update on my query. On 15 December 2021, FNB responded and requested the following information: • Exact description of service rendered • Proof of cancellation due to service not being received • Proof of request for refund • Proof of attempt to resolved I responded on the same day with all the information they have requested and even provided a PDF file for each. On 20 December 2021, I resent the email and requested an update from FNB. I sent a follow-up email on 22 December 2021, I tried calling the number on *** which is the number they are using on their signature. This number is dead, doesn't exist. FNB responded on 23 December 2021 asking for the last correspondence with the merchant. I responded and indicated that I felt this was now turning into a comedy as they keep asking for the same information disregarding any other previous correspondence. I subsequently sent FNB a bounced email from the merchant. I have never received any communication from FNB Card ever since. This is very unprofessional from the bank I have been with for over 23 years. I am not a happy customer. 1. .

Not Again Vodacom - Maruleng GaSekororo signal is the worst
Can Vodacom please look at the problem of poor Network Connection in Maruleng Ga-Sekororo. A previous complaint was addressed on 3 January 2022. But yesterday 6 January 2022 things were back to terrible. This cannot be a coincidence. I am suspecting that Vodacom is doing this intentionally. May we should just return the sim cards to Vodacom and look for another service provider. Regards,

Vodacom neglecting rural clients - Ga-Sekororo Maruleng Area
The vodacom network in Maruleng rural - Ga Sekororo to be specific is terrible. I tried working remotely from there recently. It is a pain and a half. I call there almost every week. I have multiple drop calls all the time. VODACOM is neglecting its market in rural areas. My family is moving to MTN because of this painful experience. Vodacom used to be the preferred network in the area. This is no longer the case. What has changed ever since? Mafedile

Below par Customer Service from PowerBite
I ordered a CPO Iphone on 12 July 2021 through the Powerbite website and paid immediately. I was told the model is not available and that I should wait for up to 15 working days. Upon waiting for 15 business days, I was told they cannot find the model I had ordered. I was asked to upgrade to a later model which is sold at R2000 more than my initial purchase. I declined their offer. I immediately requested a refund. I was told it would take between 5 - 7 business days. I called their office to follow up on the refund because no one was sending me any forms to complete. I was told by the agent that the banking details have been captured and will be refunded. The 7th business day passed and my refund is still not processed. I called their office yesterday on 11 August 2021 , no one is answering the phones. I am not happy with the service at all. If you cannot deliver on your promises, why withhold the clients money then? I need my money back please.
