They are running a buy 1 get one free promo which is a lie do not support.
I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free special via uber eats and it was not honored. When I engaged with Uber eats to support they stated I did not order enough….!! And they will not provide a refund for the balance of the pizzas. This is utter nonsense as a customer they need to rectify with tier supplier. Why must I be out of pocket for their poor support and supplier management. Worst supplier and customer service. Do not support Uber eats … rather use MR D..!!!!
STBB is an *********** company. They Employ People who lack customer service and competence in their jobs. The MD (in JHB) is non the less, who does not support in rectifying the issues at hand but rather only wants to intimidate clients when they fail in their process. Their ineffective process, has led to us as the client incurring excessive repairs /expenditures. I suggest you do not use them in any scenario
Worst Service i received.. Sold us a house with lots of issues that was raised prior to the sale going through. Issues were not rectified. Did not support after the sale when through. Left us to fend for our-self. The only thing they care about is the commission, they will sell you a lovely dream but Lack customer Service/Support
Good Day I would like to bring to your attention the poor service I have received from Hisense. I own a 75” Hisense TV (Which is not cheap) which stopped working and is still under warranty. I logged a call last week Friday in order for the repair to take place. I received a call on Monday from a repairer to remove the TV from the wall which I did and then on Tuesday the repairer asked me if I had a box for the TV, to which I said no. He then stated he will check the TV and then make a plan if the TV needs to go in for repairs. At 4Pm on Tuesday the repairer tells me that I need to pack the TV in a box as he cannot repair it on site. He Further adds he has a small Van (Bantam) so he needs to put my TV on the roof of his vehicle. So my repair is now further delayed and I as a paying customer must be without the product I paid? How is it that Hisense uses such poor repairs? I expect a better quality of service from a large corporation like Hisense I logged two calls with Hisense Service department on the 8/9 of June. I still have not receive any feedback on my repair. I honestly cannot believe Hisense provides such poor customer service. This has put me off all Hisense product going forward. if you plan on purchasing a Hisense product, think twice. Pathetic service
Utterly poor service, I am paying for a 10mbps line, and i am receiving 0.8mbps. i am paying for a service i cannot use. is this fair i think not. when i asked for them to cancel my contract they said no i must pay R1000 cancellation fee , is this fair.....i think not . Why should i pay to cancel my contract when they are not providing an acceptable service? As a customer i am left furious.... next step lawyers

My Telkom contract was coming to an end<br> I received a special rate in order for telkom to keep me as a customer.<br> I renewed my contract at Telkom Centurion Mall.<br> I was told that they were out of stock with my specific phone, and stock would be in a few days (+-2-3).<br> It has been 3 weeks and no feedback.<br> I had to drive there twice as there lines are not on any system, not even the call center cant get a hold of them .<br> or provide me with the manger number.<br> when i went into the store, the manager said that she cannot tell me when they will get stock nor if they will ever receive stock.?<br> How is the customer service?<br> utter nonsense.<br> worst service i have ever experienced
