How can a month-to-month client be handed over to attorneys? If the person hasn't paid at the end of the month, it's your duty to suspend services until payment is received. Please balance me here, am I not understanding the month-to-month agreement? Surely someone is not doing their job. MTN should get rid of you as they are not bad at all.
WOW!!! I've been struggling since Friday night just uploading a simple picture of myself. Contacted them via support@lottostar.co.za, I was told to try a different device which I did, but to no avail. Laptop and mobile just shows uploading for hours on end. I want my money, Altona is the worst.
Ive made payment on 25/05/2025 however it hasnt been allocated as yet . In the meantime Supersonic decided to disconnect my services duento their incompetence.
We're at the end of March already, I've requested that you guys come and collect your useless router, no response to date. I will not be paying for internet that never worked. I logged a complaint on 05/02/2025, to date no response. Your internet really sucks, kindly collect your router, how is it possible that 110gb a day can only last about 3 days? I will not be paying cancellation fees as I was told as long as I cancel before the 1st debit order goes off. I'm sure you guys are buying time as you want the debit order to go through 1st. Complaint about a week or so ago, these people have no care in the world. Like i said come and get your router as itbis of no use to me. Internet forever on strike. Next is the consumer council, I've like had it with you .
Two weeks ago, I requested a simple debit order date change, this was not done. As long as you guys get the sale, to hell with customer service. My account was debited and there were no funds in it, due to non-execution I will be charged a fee, so tell me who is responsible for this? Kindly sort this out asap and don't call me for dates you guys can access my account and see which date this request was made and you're welcome to listen to the recording.
My account was debited with R385 on 11/11/2024, this debit was unauthorised, I sent an e mail to service@tymebank.co.za. I received a response with a reference number advising they will revert within 24 hours. To date no update.
After receiving an e mail from Candice @hellopeter @homechoice on the 18/10/2024, I responded immediately. To date no response from her.
