Webuycars Lansdowne has some absolutely atrocious customer service. It's like you're begging them to sell you a car. I view the car on Tuesday afternoon and express interest in a particular. During the test drive, we hear a noise in the engine and the sales agent tells us that he'll get it checked and get back to us what the issue exactly is and how much it will cost should we want to fix it with them. I hear nothing from them. I follow up end of day what's required to get this deal going, and get some lame excuse that he had training. Then I'm told they can't inspect the car until an OTP is signed. So then I ask for the OTP and another day goes buy with no feedback even after following up. Then I'm told I can't get an OTP without putting in a reservation of R5000 because I'm not getting finance from my side and not using the one provided by WBC? Then there's another story about my international license. Just don't understand why wasn't told that in the beginning and why information comes in breadcrumbs and keeps changing. But I figure, you know what just put in the reservation and get this over and done. And another day goes by with no feedback. Like what's going on? I guess we have to beg and WBC has grant us the privilege of buying cars from them. The only reason honestly for enduring this madness is that the car I'm buying it for someone important to me and they really need it. Otherwise, for my own personal car I'll be going where they want my patronage, thank you
If this is Gensis Maternity Clinic at 5 Northwold Dr, Johannesburg, 2132... then OMG! I can't believe the poor reviews this place is getting. My wife and I would go back 100 times, if we could make 100 babies! The service was superb! The nurses were just an emergency press away. My wife had issues with breastfeeding and they supported every step of the way. They provide thorough training on caring for your newborn which was especially helpful for us first time parents. Our midwife Nombulelo Ndlovu was out of this world! We had her on speed dial and she responded to our whatsapp messages and came through as promised for us at 1 am in the morning on a Sunday. The pediatrician Dr Bopabe is such a nice person that there are few words to describe. This place genuinely felt like giving birth at lodge rather than a clinic/hospital. Whether you agree or not, that was our personal experience and I would advise them any day. The only schlep is that there's no free wifi and the network signal (especially for Telkom) is poor to put it mildly.
Absolutely pathetic website to sell on. I've easily tried over 20 times now to post my ad. I reached out to Gumtree support and they said my account was clear to post the ad. And still nothing, just doesn't give any reason. How can the error handling of this website be so bad?! At least, tell the user what they doing wrong. There's absolutely no guidance on how to post on this terrible website except try bang your head through the wall. I really don't know why we stand and keep supporting Gumtree when it's just got such a bad user experience when posting an ad. I wish I could get back 2 hours of my life which has been wasted on this website. I'm off to FB marketplace. This is ridiculous. Future sad user...piece of advise, if you ever find your ads disappearing when trying to post...spare yourself the agony and just close this website. Really time to boycott this bad websites that waste users time, we're supporting trash

I tried this new locker system of The Courier Guy and what a dismal failure. I sent a tiny envelop from Fourways, Johannesburg to Summer Greens, Cape Town. As the timeline above shows my bitter disappoint, right now I don't even know if my parcel is still safe :/
So I ordered my rain sim card on the 16th of June. More than a week later I still haven't got anything. I do understand that lock down would've caused delays but now that I want to cancel this month's subscription because I essentially paid for a service I didn't use at all and the month is basically over, I can't get hold of support in any way or form. They're contact centre is closed and I've been waiting for days to get at least an acknowledgement via email and absolutely nothing. Can I please have my refund, that's all I ask
Best service I've ever got from any South African company, period! Within 3 hours I had my car delivered and waiting for me. Friendliest consultants you'll ever find!! If I could find them, and I won the lotto I would hug them with a million rand in hand!
