At this point I'm fed up with their lack of service and slow responses I've been asking since March when my subscription ended that they provide me with the details to pay for and conclude this matter and I've received no response. I had no choice but to change my card to get their attention and they still don't want to engage with me. Why should I pay the FULL buyout when their customer service agents sleep on the job?
Your FNB connect call center is horrible!!! I want to cancel this SIM that just won't work and they keep sending me from pillar to post
Your lack of service has me heavily upset especially because no one there seems interested in working, not your driver or staff that escalate matters. Yesterday your driver said I'm unreachable when no one called, called to escalate this morning, was advised the matter will be resolved and I will receive my parcel around 4pm. I check at 4:20pm only to realize it's been rescheduled, no email, no SMS nothing!! I had to check it or else I would've waited like yesterday only to realize I'm being taken for a ride... You really have to do better cause I'm being treated like it's a favor, yes it's the festive season no one is in the mood to work but unfortunately we find ourselves working cause it's the choices we made!! Horrific I tell you...
Its become such a tideous exercise to follow up with Fast Couriers and your customer service, why am I being given the run around by EVERYONE without giving a clear update?? I must call or check to see what is going on!!! Their driver **** about contacting me only for him to delay my delivery arggg maan this is terrible service! I NEED a detailed ETA on when to expect my delivery preferably before Christmas!! Sort it out maan
I am extremely unhappy with takealot... Bought a smart watch and it got delivered..only to find out its not compatible with my phone, I request for an exchange, driver collected it and I never heard from them again. I escalated the matter and Carmen Jansen responded and created another return to be dropped off, how do I drop off a package that's been collected already??? I then send her an email and she hasn't bothered in responding.. I'm so mad and irritated by them.
Humiliation and unfair treatment from that club is beyond me. We were body searched & accused for stealing a phone from a "white lady". Now the crazy part is the lady was actually with us...we had to unlock our phones & confirm they indeed were ours. Their story was a mess because no one reported a lost/stolen phone. They went as far as wanting to see the car we were travelling in and when we told them there was no car they didn't wanna believe it. They refused to give us their names or even call the manager... All this because of a non-existent "white" lady that reported her phone missing...
