Pathetic service
Since last year I have sent emails no reply....I sent the WC person emails no reply....I tried your website no reply....I waited on your website chat from 58 to 24 and a support staff member just canceled the chat. How do you folks operate....some of us work Monday to Friday and can't walk in....why do you have options that don't work? We work hard in this industry night shift weekends cold hot violently but you guys just do what you want when you want.....this is not right guys.

Never again teljoy....
Wish I could give minus 1 star...since I started with them in 2023 I have had issues. My last issue started in March when I said take me off debit order I will pay my self then they deducted any way. Then June the phone me and tell me I must pay manually as per the system...next day they deducted. My last case number 462361 that I received 7 days ago after I sent my bank statement to all the email addresses at teljoy to get my money back or have it appear on the statement from them and nobody has come back to me....they just don't give a.....

Empty promises
Bought a car end October 2022...had faulty AC that was repaired, still waiting on our refund... with so many excuses and it is December already with no help. Lots of appologies. I wish I had checked all reviews before doing bussiness there.

No help with provfund
The security industry is forced to use a provfund, psira does nothing to help officers who often wait for years to get their money with some just giving up totaly. Psira is fast to investigate fake sucurity companies but does not help in regard to provfund pay outs.

<p>I got my forms from my previous employer on the end of April 2017 I followed the instructions to mail the documents or fax them. Of this I did both. Till this date no response from them. I keep sending emails nobody replies. I can understand why people burn down things in this country.</p>
