Bought a stylus from them on Monday. The guy advised that the stylus is universal. Got home to use it with my tablet. The product is only for Apple and therefore would not work with my tablet. We went back on Tuesday morning for 9am when they opened for a refund. The guy took down my banking details because apparently he couldn't use the POS machine to do so. Advised that in 24 hours I would get the funds back and that I took would be receiving a proof of payment. It has now been past the 24 hour mark and still no funds nor POP. Their email address doesn't work. I have tried calling both numbers but going straight to voicemail. This is the worst store I have ever been to and highly recommend that you do not waste your money here
They are currently having a Defy sale. On the 21st the product was listed at a sale of R6399.99 marked down from R7999.99. Today, that exact same washing machine that I wanted to purchase is R7999.99 marked down from R9999.99. When I queried this they told me inflation. So I went and had a look at other sites. Every other site I went to, such as Makro and Takealot to name the most common ones have this machine for R8999.99 as the standard price. R1000 difference on ALL other sites and then to be told supplies give different prices to different stores?? Really? Is your store the only one that has a R1000 more price difference. That is now being greedy and you know it. If you are going to have a sale, keep the prices the same. Not everyone has money falling out their ass and is relying on the sale to stay the sale and not a sale to be the normal price of the product.
They will not stop spam calling me. It got so ridiculous that I would be getting 15 calls a day. I have had to block the number because they call so much. I am not a client with them nor have I ever saught advice from them. How they got my number is beyond me but they need to stop calling. Today alone I have already received a few notifications saying that the call has been blocked from them.
I have already unsubcribed. And today I get another email from them advertising their useless stuff. I do not want to receive this? How is this so hard for them to understand. I don't want any emails Cleary means send another one
Totally unprofessional! I placed an order for Valentines day and with confirmation of the order and payment I chose I was asked to please send a proof of payment through to their fax number. I paid immediately and sent through the PoP. It has been two days and I was a little worried that I had not received the confirmation that my order has been processed as was confirmed in the payment email. So I call up the company today to have the lady on the line tell me that they don't have a fax number and that I need to email the PoP. I would love to know, if I had not called would they just keep the random amount of money that rocked up in their account with my order number as a reference and just leave it? I selected for my order to be delivered today, and I guess that is not going to happen. How do you tell people to fax you something when you don't even have a fax line is completely beyond me. I do hope to receive my confirmation soon as I have now sent them both the PoP as well as their mail mentioning that I should fax it through. Thanks for messing me around Netflorist. I am extremely unimpressed.
Their truck drivers need to do their test and not buy their licences. On Wednesday morning on my way to work at around 8:30 in the morning. A city logistics truck almost caused two separate accidents on the Woodmead off ramp from the M1 alone. First turning into the ramp and almost took out a picanto. The next further up where the lane splits, traffic has clearly directed the parh for the cars, but city logistics trucks don't seem the need to follow this and just changes lane without indicating or checking and nearly takes out my car and the car in front of me. After turning into the main road, after the first robot. Once again city logistics truck drivers feels the need to not follow the rules of the road, once again no indicator and almost takes out yet another car. In the space of 20 minutes this truck driver almost caused three accidents. How people can trust this company to move anything is beyond me. I have also yet to receive a response from when I emailed the company.
Their drivers are actually pathetic, how anyone can trust them with security when they create problems themselves is beyond me. They are constantly in the way, and it's not to make sure a place is safe. Today in Northcliff, they were parked on the top of a blind hill, how do you expect cars to get around you safely if they cannot see what is coming because you parked in the most inconvenient place ever?! Often they will park side by side, in the middle of the ******* road, so they can have a conversation with one another. Are you serious?? There have been multiple times they have gone through red robots and have almost hit another car because they don't want to wait late at night, and don't tell me it was an emergency, because then the lights should be on, your drivers are just ****s. They park in such inconvenient places that when you come around a blind corner, surprise, you have to slam on brakes so that you don't hit them. We have called and laid a complaint a few months ago, and nothing has changed whatsoever. I am tired of this. Please teach your drivers safety as this is just ridiculous now.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them over two months ago and it has still not arrived. When looking up tracking information, I just keep getting a tracking error. I have tried several times to contact them through different social media and either I get ignored or I just get told I can become an affiliate of the brand. I am trying to get a refund on my order and would like some communication from the company. On their website when you click on the contact details it gives you an email address that they don't respond to.
<p>A few months ago I complained on hello Peter about not having signal, cell c got back to me and swore that they would send a signal test via email, I never got it. Some months are better than others as some months it will be a day with no signal. Recently cell c has put up new signal towers in my area, but apparently they do nothing, as this is day four with no signal, I have to keep rebooting my phone so I get signal for maybe 5 minutes. Now I cannot call you complain without answering 5 security questions I don't know as I am not the one paying for the contract. So I'm hoping that by complaining here once again that maybe cell c will wake up and fix the problem properly</p>
<p>I have recently changed from a pre-paid account to a contract with cell c. I now had to deal with my signal dropping constantly, no matter what setting my phone is on, my calls are barely audible, i have issues with the sim card slipping as they don't create them the same size anymore and to top it all off, when you complain about a problem it does not get solved and the same problem arises with the new month. I never had this problem when on pre-paid and I don't see why these problems would only occur now, the same problems are happenin with my sister who had done the same thing. very annoyed</p>
