Been trying to close my account with no luck. It's been more that 8 working days which apparently how long it takes. Paying for fees because their staff are not working to close an account. Actually steeling my money at this point.

As Lease holder you pay the agent to do their job. R345 for any inspection, R1000 lease renewal fee yearly (This is insane as other companies charge R100), R100 for registered letters, R400 if you miss an appointment (your car can break down, they won't care), R250 to release your deposit back to you when moving out and it goes on. Paying an agent to change a date on a system, to do an inspection and to press a button to release a deposit is just crazy. And i though Rawson was bad, this company is even worse.
Locker was faulty, logged a query and a consultant contacted me. I had to pay for another shipping and get a refund for the first failed attempt. When logging this query for a refund, they first said IT did not see that the door was faulty. Luckily i took a video. After sending it only then they processed my refund after trying to make me out as if i was a ****.
The door won't close when trying to drop a package. Had to pay for another door and was informed i will get a refund for my first failed attempt. When enquiring they informed me that IT did investigate and saw nothing wrong with the door. Thank goodness i took a video and sent it, only then could i get a refund. Since 12/12/2024 I'm waiting for my refund. Horrible service
Using a competition to get people to possibly review falsely (haven't used it yet, just reviewing to enter).
I've enquired about many placed and every time the consultants fails to see my special request where I ask questions regarding the place. What's the point of having this function if the consultants aren't even reading it.
Bought 2 bottles of alcohol and only one got delivered. Apparently they deliver items separate. The other one i received a delivered sms, but online it was not and sent back to the store. Now they have to reschedule and can't promise i will get it next week. USELESS and this is the second time i used their services and hoped it would be better. It's even worse than the first time.
Good communication and service
The price is quite high, but you are getting what you pay for. It's a whole experience. The staff and host were amazing and so friendly. The food was to die for and trust me it may look like a little, but you walk out FULL! Will do again.
