They have been delaying my dads fund for 6months now. I even have been trying to get the Ombudsman to assist but it's just the same guys investigating themselves. I do not want to pay anyone to get my dads death claim processed quicker. I do not want to be held hostage with my file status in awaiting feedback or investigating. There is no need for me to keep applying for a pension he only worked there less than 10 years it's not the money. I have to keep looking at his death certificates I have to keep printing copies of his deceased Id. I want to move on this is heart breaking. And during a pandemic and recession to treat people this way is inhumane.
Lost important documents if mine. I couldn't even track my package. The way bill doesn't exist. No one can confirm if my documents have been recieved. They have not been uploaded and the person who took the documents does not exist. Waybill is PN8880099
My Dad has been dead for three months and nothing from sanlam. Don't use these scammers. I'm going to have to go to the ombudsman to get this cleared out. I'm sure no one has to endure this torment every month when you want to move on from a loved one's passing and keep having to be reminded keep having to see his deceased ID copies copies of the death certificate. It's been three months.
Nedbank unlawfully sold my account to NDS credit. The agent Thapelo Ncubuka purposefully ignored my emails and never made contact with me to negotiate payment on the balance of my account after auction of my vehicle. This was done on purpose so that he can sell my account to NDS credit that has no working phone number and a email that is not registered. This was done fraudulently. I have been working closely with nedbank to get my account down from 750 000 to 100 000 when I was unwilling retrenched due to covid impact on business in August 2020. I did everything the right way I went for debt review with credit matters and they handled my account. Everything went well up untill the balance of the account and much to my surprise the unresponsive Thabelo. I made my complaints and was eventually provided with another agent to handle my account but it was too late. The account was already sold. This is ridiculous. I never gave permission for this and I was never given the opportunity to make my case. All my details are up to date with nedbank yet Thabelo persistently called a outdated number and never called me on my actual number. A very clever ploy he also never replied to any of my emails. This person must be stopped I am sure he is doing this to many other people during this pandemic.
I have a tax return that I have to complete but the payroll department is keeping my tax return hostage for months now by ignoring my requests to update tax DIRECTIVEs and values to match what is loaded on SARS. They keep moving the buck blaming departments when it's one person Zandi who refuses to answer my emails or to accept a call to rectify the issue. Zandi at payroll
I would like to complain about the appalling service recieved from ccma department in Somerset west The ccma commissioner as she referred to herself was intent on rubishing my claim and making it invalid. I have a dispute where a contractual agreement was broken between my previous employer and me. She told me that they do not assist people with those disputes and I should rather contact a labour laywer. She further went on to talk about me over the phone to her colleagues and make fun of my desperation.
State captured Nedbank is stalling on my car now. I made a request for my vehicle to be returned and I am receiving dead silence.
I got a settlement letter and suspended account to pay in 5 days. I did that. They replied that the money does not reflect with a different account. The account reference I asked for them to make sure was 5286250173100020 now they talking about 5286250173100000. If you notice there is no 20 at the end.

The asset was valued by a sworn appraiser for the amount of R190,000.00 on 15 Feb 2021. Nedbank. 0860879900. This is a mercedes a class 58000km excellent condition and I got 325 000 at a dealership. These guys are drunk. They are trying to rob you. I will co.tact the ombudsman
